The accomodation was extremely spacious with all the facilities you could hope for. It was bigger than many peoples flats/ houses. The beds were large and comfortable and the apartment was warm on a cold day. On the downside the design of the apartments meant that the hugh window (the whole wall) of the living space and the childrens bedroom faced straight onto the corridor. Even with the large blinds we felt a little exposed. Also, with the very high ceilings in the public areas any noise was magnified. When we were in the bar a family group came in - they were rowdy, and although they had a small child with them their language was appalling. The bar staff did nothing to alleviate this. In such a high tech type of environment would have expected a flat screen rather than box tv. |

Great apartment/hotel with superb customer service - nothing was any trouble for the staff! Well equipped apartment - and ours was huge. Although the living space could have been cleaner, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Fantastic, central location with great views of the hills from top floor apartment. Would definitely stay again and recommend! |

It was conveniantly placed for Manchester city centre. We have stayed before so we knew what to expect - the apartments are ideal for families as it is more than just a bedroom. We have not stayed here since 2004 and found that although the rooms were very clean the decor was quite battered, walls were knocked and some of the furniture is starting to look a little shabby. |

The hotel was centrally located + easily reached by road. It was also well located for access to public transport The hotel had a very poor standard of cleanliness, the room was dilapidated + incredibly dirty and there were power cables for tv etc strewn across the floor. The windows were poorly sealed, the kitchen was falling apart, the dishwasher was broken + the tiles were 'lifting' in the bathrooms. To cap it all, the staff were unable to offer an alternative room which was in better condition. The room cost £102 per night - it wasn't even worth £2. do not stay at this hotel, it is truly awful |

from the minute we arrived the staff where very helpfull. the apartments where great very spacious and clean. would recommend the hotel to any one the breakfast. on ariving for our breakfast there was not a lot left. this still had an hour left untill the service was to end and they where telling us they had no eggs and no black pudding |

The staff were execellent The room was a little dirty, i stayed in room 308. The cushion had paint on them, the bathroom was a little small. The cooker did not work. |

First of all a very warm welcome by the dedicated and helpful staff.very centrally located with piccadily station few mins away,bus shuttle to city centre and above all it made me feel at home. Every thing was perfect. |

Breakfast was good.. We were given an upgrade to family room as original room was really small for price, which was much better. Hotel was dirty, foul mouthed individuals in the bar which staff ignored, burn marks and bad damage to work tops, cigarette ash on window sill by previous occupant which the hotel fined me £100 for, no notification of this just £100 bill on my credit card, refunded after I complained also a foul smell in the room. Under no circumstances will my husband or myself be returning, in fact we need another break to get over this one. My advice to anyone staying at this hotel is to check the room fully and report anything missing or evidence of previous occupants smoking to avoid being charged on your credit card. |
