Very helpful hotel staff. As the hotel was full they upgraded our reservation to a superior suite free of charge. We had a very early start to get to Eurotunnel so they gave us a packed breakfast which was substantial. Unfortunately the shower was cold, at least first thing in the morning. |

Friendly and efficient welcome. Good location. Comfortable room. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, it looked very stylish with an extensive menu. Basic continental breakfast but very nice. Great value for money. Recommended. |

The Staff were really lovely At the night we were there it was extremely windy. The roof in the bathroom keep banging, rain was coming in through that roof and the scaffolding outside the room was banging really noisily. The bathroom fan also made alot of noise when on. This all meant we didn't sleep. |

Was upgraded to superior room which was very nice. Friendly bar staff who showed us to our room and arranged a packed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel early. Recently refurbished rooms - good for overnight stopover on route to France. |

The hotel did the job we needed, it provided a place to sleep before a day trip to France. It was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was what we would expect given the price. No complaints at all. |

The Staff was very welcoming and attentionate. They put in our room a very delicious sandwich, yoghurt, fruit and bottle of water to cross the channel as they knew we planned to do the crossing. The hotel had view on the sea. There were tea set, bottles of water in the room. The Parking was easy. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Basic but very clean and comfortable room. Packed breakfast provided the night before as we departed before service hours. Walls were thin so disturbed by noisy guests - would not have been a problem if other people had been considerate when returning to their room. |

Superb, I've been before and each time's better than the last. If I had to stay elsewhere in Folkestone, I'd be gutted. I love the place. |
