Overall a good experience. The disabled access room as requested did not feature a walk in shower, my disabled sister could not freshen up, also no lift for swimming pool -so access denied to wheelchair users except for lobby/restaurant. |

The breakfast was o.k. and the staff at breakfast were fine. The food was o.k. in room service too. The check in staff were not very forthcoming with information. There was no information in the room about services/facilities. The room smelt bad, it felt unsafe and the adjoining door to another room's lock was broken. The t.v. only had two channels. As I had no info I had to call reception several times. Had to go back to reception to get the wireless connection for the internet. |

Convenient location for Walsall and M6. Some of the food was quite nice. Staff were very pleasant. Reasonable value if using special package rate. Sad case of faded glory. This hotel is very 70s/80s and is showing signs of deterioration. It is badly affected by competition from newer hotels close by, even though they are more expensive. This hotel falls between the two stools of budget and luxury, and doesn't quite fit into either category. |

The hotel was local for our needs, we found it to be very clean, the staff were very accomodating, the breakfast was first class and plentiful and to be able to relax in the jaccuzi after a hard days work was brilliant. Highly recomended for any type of stay. First class. Thank you. |

Staff were friendly and helpfull Clearly the change of ownership is still having an effect on the performace at the hotel. Service was slow, maybe more staff needed, I waited 5 mins for a drink at the bar and 10 mins to be received at breakfast. Some facilities were unavailable ie movies etc. on TV. |

Staff were helpful, hotel is easy access from motorway, bed was comfortable and room a reasonable size. No Sky on TV, PayperView not working. Meal was average rather than good. |
