centrally located and very comfortable. Didn't seem to be enough staff, with everyone mucking in doing every job. As such returning late in the evening we had to hunt the hotel to find a staff member who could give us our key! |

This hotel was a great surprise. The staff is excellent, very friendly and extremelly helpful. Spacious rooms specially for a hotel in Europe, where rooms and bathrooms are usually tight and old. The shower was fantastic. Very charming courtyard. The location is great, 5 minutes walking from downtown Bath and in a quiet location. |

The room was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Another guest shouting at the night concierge at 3am in the morning and being very rude. Woke me up for about an hour. She should have been asked to leave. |

decor and cleanliness of room very noisy, there were no tea and coffee making facilities, lounges were too small to ensure privacy and personal space. |

Location, food, friendly and helpful staff. Slightly musty feel in places, although room was excellent - if a little quirky being split over two levels. |

The room was very nice, the location was good. Inconvenience of no tea and coffee facilities in the room. No feeling of hotel being special. Wouldn't stay again. |

My car was left double parked for around 25 minutes. There seemed to be a shortage of staff around to move the car plus serve drinks. |

Lovely atmosphere. Very interesting layout having been converted from old town houses. Brilliant location for exploring Bath. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Hotel was well furnished in an attractive, relaxing and comfortable way. Food very good Rooms facing road slightly noisy and with no air conditioning could be hot but staff very willing to try to help remedy any problem |
