We had a absolutely brilliant stay, all of the staff were fantastic, helpful, and polite. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. Would recommend your hotel to my friends and family.
The staff and atmosphere were fantastic, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. From our top (third) floor window, we had a great view of the city itself, and it was only a short walk to get to the centre.
The wifi required registration with personal information, which seemed a bit invasive.
We booked a basic room and found it to be both well appointed and spacious. We recommend this hotel.
Loved the boutique luxury and superb restaurant.
There isn't a spa!
Good location Excellent comfort Good restaurant
Absence of tea making facilities
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious with sofa and desk as well as great size comfy bed. Very large bathroom. Brilliant location.
The restaurant was closed that night for refurbishment but staff did offer to find me somewhere else to eat.
Beds, amazing. Staff Food in the restaurant
Front road is noisy but was aware of this as students live nearby Restaurant could do with a bit up dating, tables chipped and decor could be better and more intimate.
A very good dinner with friends
A poor breakfast - after dinner not what I expected. You always can tell a very good hotel by breakfast and it certainly lets the rest of the hotel down.
staff's helpfulness and friendliness , breakfast, delightful room with everything thought of (except tea and coffee-making facilities), excellent position, staff park the car
no tea and coffee-making facilities in room too hot at night expensive
Greeted with a friendly smile. Server with the same friendly smile. Waved good bye with the same friendly smile
Ground floor carpets need refreshing
Everything from start to finish was perfect. The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in an ideal location from the centre. We felt very looked after and even got a complimentary box of chocolates as it was our second visit (nice touch), I can't say enough about this beautiful hotel and there is no doubt we will make a third visit.
Couldn't find tea/coffee facilities in the room but was no big deal as there was plenty in the living room downstairs.
Good location, 5 minute walk into centre of Bath. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff are so helpful and friendly and heard no street noise.
Minor details in the bathroom- the extractor fan did not work and the shower screen seal could do with replacing.
bathroom - dated massively overpriced
The hotel was recommended by friends and I would definitely recommend The Queensberry - the staff were wonderfully helpful and very polite. The location was ideal and we would definitely make a return visit!!!!
We had robes within the room but it would of been nice to have slippers to wear too (Not a big deal as I did forget to bring my own pair)
The staff (aside from lady serving in the bar on first evening) The bedrooms Lounge Convenience Valet parking
rude bar lady on our first evening, it wasn't late when we returned from the theatre, but she clearly missed the customer services training. Recent refurbishment plumbing appeared to have been undertaken in the ensuite, although the shower was a disappointment - underpowered.
The coffee at breakfast!
The staff were very attentive and lovely. Tea facilities in lounge on tap. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast delicious. Bathrooms beautiful and plumbing excellent
Needed a single sheet under duvet as room was very hot and duvet a bit too warm for me
Cleanliness and helpful pleasant staff
Poor bedroom lighting and heating as it became cold in my roon and heater rather poor Poor lighting in lounge and complimentary drinks either not there or cold.Odd service in Olve restaurant and early closing and early closing
Friendly staff who are always keen to help. Amazing room with a wonderful bed and huge bathroom. Georgian architecture makes for a lovely hotel. Very relaxing, and a great location for the centre of Bath.
We stayed here for our wedding night after dinner at the olive tree. It was perfect. We will be returning for our anniversary!
Extra money for breakfast and car park car came back covered in tree sap will not stay again
everything! Lovely spacious room, bathroom and bed!
not having a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa!
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Smart and comfortable rooms and excellent food in restaurant.
faulty television and shower.
A truly amazing and cosy hotel - home away from home, friendly and helpful staff, ample character, warmth, comfort ......
more ambient lighting in the rooms, a safe in the room, possibly a mini fridge, and a few more decorative items spread about the room. And bathroom slippers.......
The staff were so professional and friendly and the meals (esp kippers & smoked salmon for breakfast) wonderful - would recommend the Queensberry strongly - and the view from our room very good.
My husband said the windows need a clean!
