The Staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms warm and comfortable, bar area welcoming.

The food would be better if it was home made. tasted very processed. My lasagne looked like it had stood for half an hour...

bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, grubby hand towel in the bath room first night

We got a great internet deal on the price (not worth full prce but a good place to just put your head down if you can get a cheap deal). The bed was comfy. Breakfast had a good selection and freshly prepared.

The staff smoking area was outside our no smoking room window. There is a desperate need for re-decorating (paint peeling off the walls). Had we paid the hotels full price I would have been very disappointed with the hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. There was a good selection of food which tasted great.

Although there are tea & coffee making facilities in the room it would be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water.

From the point of arriving the staff couldn't be more helpful,from the reception to the bar staff and restuarant,our stay was really enjoyable and look forward to staying there in the future.

Everything! Staff very helpful, room clean, fresh, tasteful and spacious. Sunday lunch the best we've had for years! Breakfast brilliant - lots of choice and very generous helpings. We paid only £30 for our room for 2 with breakfast - late booking to visit family. This was much too cheap and we felt almost embarrassed at only paying this price. Would happily have paid more. We had a vrey comfortable stay - thank you.

I couldn't get the shower over the bath to produce hot water so had a bath instead (morning.) I have to have a feather pillow so take my own - but don't think hotels are allowed to have these any more.

Extra large bed was very comfy. Owners overlooking everything and was quick to move their staff. Breakfast was fantastic Would defiantly stay here again

Staff extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Really really disliked the double bed. It was a very soft mattress and sunk in the middle. Mt partner and I both disliked the mattress and has a very poor night's sleep due to this.
