The only thing that was good about the hotel was the staff and location. The manageress and her colleague were excellent our room was too small. It was a disgrace to offer it to guests. |

For my purposes, the location is excellent and the hotel is modest but has everything I need for an overnight stay; staff are friendly and efficient. It would be nice to have a lift - but the exercise getting upstairs is undoubtedly good for you! No complaints at all, really |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and pleasant. Breakfast was a little disappointing for my sons as only continental was served. We come to richmond several times a year to the rugby matches and will certain stay at your hotel again. |

The staff were helpful and pleasent. The Location was very good. The restaurant nxt door was superb. No smoking rooms. No lift and no ground floor rooms. |
