The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and pleasant. Breakfast was a little disappointing for my sons as only continental was served. We come to richmond several times a year to the rugby matches and will certain stay at your hotel again. |

The staff were helpful and pleasent. The Location was very good. The restaurant nxt door was superb. No smoking rooms. No lift and no ground floor rooms. |

We only met one lady who seemed to do everything, reception, breakfast etc, she was very friendly and made us welcome. Lack of parking facilities made it difficult to drop off and pick up with luggage. The room was very basic for the price and the bed wasnt made for us on our second day. The kettle etc had only been dusted around as when we picked it up there was fluff and crumbs under it. I probably would use the hotel again, but it wouldnt be my first choice, we have stayed in nicer ones for less money. |
