a very good selection for the continental breakfast including lovely fresh fruit, pastries, cheese and meats, and hard boiled eggs.

the smallest bathroom in the world, if I opened the door fully it jammed on the toilet

The Hotel was relatively central to the key areas of Richmond. The bath was a good addition to the room for the price and it was a well maintained Hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

The 20 pound late arrival fee was unexpected and didn't find me in a good mood as I was late due to Virgin Trains ridiculous policies on ticket reprinting. 5 or 10 pounds would have been easier to accept, but apart from that, all good.

Immaculately clean ,friendly but unobtrusive staff , great position on the river . Would definitely stay again .

Noise at night . Building work nearby , a Nightclub 's clientele , and the main through road for Police cars ! I was occasionally disturbed but slept well all in all .

No parking, no lift, rooms a bit on the small side

Room small. Shower no presser, net certains dirty and riped taken down on last day. Main door lock hard to open with key staff said needed W.d40

Good location, friendly staff and clean

The hotel is well located close to the Richmond train station. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is nice. The employees were friendly. Very good value for money.

Extremely friendly staff and accommadations perfect for needs as a solo traveler. Clean rooms and excellent location within thevillage area which is very upscale and close to transportation to get you into London town within 30 minutes.

The bed was less than comfortable for my tastes. But management was in the process ofv changing out beds. Hopefully I had an old one.

Everything was fine, but note no lift

Friendly welcoming staff particularly Ola. Quiet room at rear of the hotel. Enjoyable buffet breakfast. Well priced for Richmond area. Will look forward to returning.

Stayed many times before - the rooms are a good standard, the breakfast is fantastic, the location is great in the middle of Richmond by the river, and it's all for an excellent price

There's nothing not to like at this price

Staff were excellent in all respects. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble, e.g. Allowing us a late checkout to connect to our flights. Hotel is at the budget end of the spectrum, but clean and tidy. Location is great, right on the river, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. Breakfast was very good value.

great location, just on the edge of richmond, perfect stayover hotel - use the money you saved by not going to one of the £150 a night places on a good dinner!

Nice room for teh price. close to the centre of town. You can walk to the movies and shops. Lots of excellent resturants and pubs. Nice staff. good breakfast. Tea in the room. Nice river walks near the hotel. Pretty park like walks along the river.

You have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

The manager was fantasic - friendly, helpful. We arrived early, the manager gave us a room to have a shower and offered us breakfast before our room was ready.

Its location in Richmond is excellent for access to the shops and river

The hotel has a very poor appearance and needs an upgrade The double room was more like a box room than a bedroom The double bed was much smaller than it should have been The breakfast room was overcrowded with tables and there was only one young lady trying to provide the breakfast, at least two staff should have been available for preparation and serving This hotel is of very poor quality

The location was fantastic. We went to an event at Twickenham and it was perfect. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

Location. Close to river,cafes, shops etc. 5 mins walk to station.

No parking. Wrong end of town for only 24hr park.

Richmond Park Hotel is small, friendly (staff) and well sited to the shops of Richmond and a 10 minute walk to the railway station for both overground and underground rail services (both frequent services to Central London). The rooms, though small, have recently had a make-over and are neat and clean.

The staff really makes the most out of the hotel. Breakfast is great with lots of variety, and fresh fruit and berries. It's a small place but charming and perfectly placed at the heart of Richmond.

Room was a bit warm, as there was no AC, and it was on top floor.
