Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel. Mark down due to wifi I operational while we were there, an important feature for non-UK travelers who do not have a local Internet service.

Very friendly, helpfull staff. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Food in restaurant was very good! Will definitely stay there again if over that way, but would probably try and avoid Saturdays if a wedding is taking place.

Comfortable rooms. Lovely setting and gardens. Staff were helpful. Disabled access via ramp. Food not brilliant. Had roast beef which was chewy. The hotel had run out of port which we fancied with the cheese. 40Th birthday party on which we had not been warned about, so very noisy in all downstairs areas.

It was pleasant enough - nice bar areas and restaurant. Decor was good. Room was comfortable. The lift not working. The hotel didn't seem particularly busy so I am sure our room could have been on the 1st floor instead of 2nd.
