Great for functions, great atmosphere, lovely surroundings, great staff, extremely helpful. Comfortable rooms, quite spacious, beds were also comfy. Also great value for money, would highly recommend this hotel. Shame we did nor get to use the spa facilities. Definatly tranquil surroundings, hopefully come back again. We used the accommodation because we had a family party taking place at the Riverside, great service all evening.

We stayed for a weekend break as we had just moved house.Staff very friendly and helpful great room service and fantastic breakfast. Just a few moans but nothing to put you off. The room was very cold when we arrived and had to phone down to reception a couple of times before we got the temperature sorted. The hotel is on a busy road and our room was just above reception so it was a bit noisy at times but as I said don't let it put you off the hotel itself is fabulous.

It was a very clean hotel very confortable and the staff were very friendly added to which the food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced when compared to others of a lesser quality in the same area. The best in Mildenhall for sure. No complaints at all.

Location, easy access, parking, general ambience, comfortable. Pleasant dining with good and varied menu at realistic prices. Drinks at sensible prices also. Rooms large and comfortable beds. Bathrooms large, clean, modern. Tv modern and all digital channels available. Although the rooms were large with high ceilings there was an air- conditioning unit attached which is either liked or not. The windows - which were box sash sliding and large were locked so that they could not be opened - which is upsetting for some (me). The reason given by the hotel was that this was a health and safety requirement. [If we had seen this in the hotel description on the website we would probably not have stayed as I cannot sleep in a room without opening windows and dislike fans intensely]

Zalig verblijfje

Comfortable rooms. Lovely setting and gardens. Staff were helpful. Disabled access via ramp. Food not brilliant. Had roast beef which was chewy. The hotel had run out of port which we fancied with the cheese. 40Th birthday party on which we had not been warned about, so very noisy in all downstairs areas.
