We stayed at the Roebuck for a 60th birthday at a venue nearby and we had a great time there! Very dissapointed at the standard of the hotel would only have rated it as 3 star at best. Our toilet didnt flush no air con or fans provided and just little things missing |

Pleasant staff who went out of thier way to assist. Good food at a reasonable price. (Organised dinner function) No food available late evening. A plate of sandwiches or similar served in the bar area would have done the job. Decor is tired, and needs refurbishment. |

Only stayed a short while but room was fine and breakfast was good quality served by friendly and efficient waitress. Fire door outside my room (Room 207) was very noisy every time somebody walked through. |

pleasant staff, duvets and pillows good, overall a reasonable stay and suited our purpose. Thanks to all the helpful staff that we met. beds very hard. Really hated the shared toiletries already half used. Bath bit old and dont look to closley under the rim of toilet. A litle tire and stange aroma outside the room, but may be due to previous guest being sick, which would not then be hotels fault. |

Breakfast was good and the stay was good value for money. The hotel and rooms are a bit tired and need redecoration. The bathrooms especially need attention, although they were clean and functioning. |

Unfortunately our stay at the hotel was due to a family funeral in Ware. The hotel was ideal for our stay. We would stay again because the hotel was so near to many places. The staff were excellant and everything so clean. |

The breakfast was excellent, checking in and out easy and the room was very comfortable Facities for smoking were not made clear and standing at the front door is not pleasant. |

Room was very clean, hotel was re-furbished in last 6 months. Staff efficient and friendly. Arrived very late so did not eat in the hotel, but breakfast was excellent. Overall very good value for money considering the room rate was .about the same as Travel Lodge. |

The hotel was very central for the pupose of my visit, along with being very comfortable. It offered all that i needed for my visit. The only issue was that the room above me seemed to have a noisy party in the early hours of the morning which woke me twice throughout the night. Also i think that i would request a room that was not ground floor as i like to sleep with the window open and felt being on the ground floor that i could not leave the window open throughout the night. |

Convenient for town centre, helpful and friendly staff and a good breakfast. My room had no working cold water tap on sink. I did not notice this until after I had unpacked. Was offered another room but didn't want to gather everything up and move. |

Nice and close to ware village, and reasonable 3 star standard. They had a nice TV which was a plus. Bit expensive for what you get, i paid 72 sterling for weekend Feb 22nd which was a summer rate which was supposed to start in March, and should have been 45 sterling, i booked really late so i had to take the hit but i thought 72 was a bit saucy, but it was comfortable. |
