Нищо! Сайтът за хотела е напълно подвеждащ! Предлага стаи под земята, няма въздух и светлина, по ваната има мухъл. Аз лично не го ползвах нито една нощ, за жалост (но не случайно) там се плаща предварително. В момента някой от този хотел злоупотребява с кредитната ми карта и пазарува за моя сметка от там, а аз отдавна съм в България! В момента моята банка оспорва това безобразие. Всичко лошо, което може да се каже за това долно място бих го казала, ако имах време!

Да! Да не подвеждате хората и да не се разпореждате с парите им! Хотелът е една дупка и като такава трябва да се рекламира. Цената му е поне 10 пъти над предлагането.

Most of the staff (not everybody.......) helpful and supporting. Good central location.

Too high a price for the comfort, maybe because of the location. Still I am not sure I would choose staying here next time.

Very much in need of redecoration. Carpets terribly worn to the point of being dangerous. In my room the door was so stiff it was difficult to open, the telecommand did not work, the towel rail collapsed when I hung a towel on it. There was no attempt at sound proofing and the street is very noisy at night.

The front desk staff were helpful. The location is excellent and met our expectations. The free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

The room my wife and I shared on the third floor had no normal windows, only a skylight for natural light, with no curtains. I was tempted to look for another room or leave on seeing the room, except that we had been asked to pay upfront on checking in. I don't believe this is normal practice. The room our son occupied on the 2nd. floor was brighter with a window onto Cumberland St. The wallpaper in both rooms was bubbling, due I would say to damp walls. It is a beautiful old Georgian building, but in poor upkeep and tawdry, in desperate need of refurbishment. Breakfast was advertised as up to 10 o'clock and we were asked to leave at 10.05 on a Sunday morning, which I felt was not customer friendly.

The hotel was convenient for the West End.

The breakfast was limited and lacked variety.

Friendly staff. Hotel not too large. Informal atmosphere. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Basic but reasonably comfortable.

The room could have benefited from double glazing - a little noisy, though it did not affect our sleep. The net curtain at the window was dirty. Some of the furniture had seen better days.

The location is great, the room was comfortable (we have 3 children and their room was spacious and great) and clean, the stuff very gentle, the breakfast was OK.

The hotel needs a little refurnishment in some details, but for the price and the location it is very OK.

Excellent location. Could be a great central place if below noted.

Needs refubishing - very tired/tatty/old. Bedspreads stained in several places. Room (and pillows as well as other soft furnishing) smelt very strongly of stale smoke. No attempt to air the room.

Excellent for the price given it's geographical location.

Close to the underground. The size of four-person room is ok. The breakfast is fair. The lift is small but cute. It is better than no lift. It's good to have the wi-fi service.
