La magnífica ubicación que tiene. Está en pleno corazón de Londres. Sus servicios y las habitaciones se pueden considerar como correctas, sin más, pero viendo lo que hay por Londrés su relación calidad precio es muy ajustada. Se puede mejorar la limpieza y las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. |

Su ubicación, al lado del metro, de Oxford Street y con múltiples conexiones de metro y bus a las zonas turísticas y al aeropuerto de Heathrow Es muy viejo por dentro, necesita una completa remodelación porque da la sensación cuando caminas por los pasillos que la madera se hundirá a tus pies. Las habitaciones también necesitan modernizarse un poco. |

En los comentarios ponia que no olia bien, por mi experiencia no he notado nada raro, incluso olia muy bien y estaba todo limpio.El hotel es como una antigua casa inglesa todo de moqueta y madera, si que es verdad que el edificio es viejo, pero la estancia ha sido muy agradable. |

Friendly staff. Hotel not too large. Informal atmosphere. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Basic but reasonably comfortable. The room could have benefited from double glazing - a little noisy, though it did not affect our sleep. The net curtain at the window was dirty. Some of the furniture had seen better days. |

Staff were helpful The rooms were very tatty and poorly equipped. Our party had a singel room and it was very poor indeed, on a par with a youth hostel and therefore very expensive for what it was. We were there for one night only but had we been staying longer we would have asked to be moved. |

The location is great, the room was comfortable (we have 3 children and their room was spacious and great) and clean, the stuff very gentle, the breakfast was OK. The hotel needs a little refurnishment in some details, but for the price and the location it is very OK. |

Excellent location. Could be a great central place if below noted. Needs refubishing - very tired/tatty/old. Bedspreads stained in several places. Room (and pillows as well as other soft furnishing) smelt very strongly of stale smoke. No attempt to air the room. |

I like the free (included) wifi and the place of the hotel. It's on Marble Arch, near to Hyde Park and there is a lot of busses to take....very easy going anywhere in London. The room was very small, the place just to be two persons.... |
