Absolument rien, l'hotel est insipide , vetuste et sale, donc inclassable, seul point interessant: la situation geographique Le rapport qualite prix, c'est tout simplement hors de prix pour le niveau de confort, !!!! |

Accueil très sympathique, le personnel est toujours prêt à vous renseigner. La salle de bain est grande et propre. Bien isolé du bruit Le lit n'était pas double mais 2 lits jumeaux collés contrairement à la réservation. Lits extrêmement mou! |

Hotel très central, possible de laisser les bagages avant de prendre la chambre et après l'avoir rendue La chambre etait si vétuste qu'elle ne pouvait pas etre propre, pareil pour les sanitaires. |

proximité avec Hyde Park point de départ de l'activité à laquelle je participais Hotel vraiment vieillot et bruyant à l'intérieur.Cela ne vaut pas un trois étoiles.Quand on est arrivé, seulement une des deux chambres était réservée. |

The hotel staff was very hospitable and helpful and the hotel is less than 2 minutes away from Marble Arch and Oxford street. Also the hotel had an elevator which despite being very small was very handy with the bags and the room was big. The only comment is that my room was in the underground floor and the hotel needed some restoration however it is kept very clean |

i thought that the staff were very friendly and kind and liked getting fresh towels every day and fresh sheets every 2nd day. Locations is second to none. Well done. i thought that the poor old hotel was very badly in need of a coat of paint and the carpets in the dining room were stained. Shame, as staff were so good but let down by state of repair of building with it's creaky floorboards and peeling wallpaper |

linen and towels were suplied the staff seemed to have little care about us as customers. The shower was not ventilated. We were in the wrong room to start with though the receptionist was still happy to charge me full price for this incorrect cheaper room. The tv was broken on multiple counts, should have been removed from the room as seemed dangerous. The floor did not looked like it had been hoovered. |

Very central placed in London.- Friendly receptionists..- Good service at breakfast.Cleaning of bedroom and bathroom also good. No regulations of central heating in the room.- No ventilation of bathroom/toilett.The floorcover in the bathroom was cracked - Woven material covering the chair i our room was worn into frills. Leathercovered furniture in the reception had ceveral cracks. |
