受付の人たち（インド系か中東系）は大変親切に対応してくれます。 週末は子供さんが来ていたりして家族的な感じでした(女性は見かけませんでしたが）。 朝食は大変シンプルでが、 追加料金で英国朝食をフルに食べる事も可能。 全体に古くなっているので、 一部（特に水周り）は改良する必要場ありそうです。 |

フロントの対応がいまいちだった。 朝食付きだが、朝の8時からのオープンで困った。(内容は食パン2枚、コーヒー/紅茶、オレンジジュース、- シリアル) ロケーションは非常によい。 宿泊料金を少し高く取られた。あとで気が付いて、返金してもらったが最終日にしてくれとあまり誠実な対応で- はなかった。 |

Leaving!!!!!!!! From the moment we walked down the stairs to the dingy basement we realised we had made a major mistake. Our son and daughter in law were frightened of sleeping in their room as the windows did not shut/lock and the bed contained biscuit crumbs, bit surreal considering he is 24!!! Continental breakfst was tea, toast and cheap cereal. Furniture in reception was ripped and dirty!! Will not be going back thats for sure. |

Most of the staff (not everybody.......) helpful and supporting. Good central location. Too high a price for the comfort, maybe because of the location. Still I am not sure I would choose staying here next time. |

Very much in need of redecoration. Carpets terribly worn to the point of being dangerous. In my room the door was so stiff it was difficult to open, the telecommand did not work, the towel rail collapsed when I hung a towel on it. There was no attempt at sound proofing and the street is very noisy at night. |

The front desk staff were helpful. The location is excellent and met our expectations. The free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel. The room my wife and I shared on the third floor had no normal windows, only a skylight for natural light, with no curtains. I was tempted to look for another room or leave on seeing the room, except that we had been asked to pay upfront on checking in. I don't believe this is normal practice. The room our son occupied on the 2nd. floor was brighter with a window onto Cumberland St. The wallpaper in both rooms was bubbling, due I would say to damp walls. It is a beautiful old Georgian building, but in poor upkeep and tawdry, in desperate need of refurbishment. Breakfast was advertised as up to 10 o'clock and we were asked to leave at 10.05 on a Sunday morning, which I felt was not customer friendly. |

Friendly staff. Hotel not too large. Informal atmosphere. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Basic but reasonably comfortable. The room could have benefited from double glazing - a little noisy, though it did not affect our sleep. The net curtain at the window was dirty. Some of the furniture had seen better days. |

Staff were helpful The rooms were very tatty and poorly equipped. Our party had a singel room and it was very poor indeed, on a par with a youth hostel and therefore very expensive for what it was. We were there for one night only but had we been staying longer we would have asked to be moved. |

The location is great, the room was comfortable (we have 3 children and their room was spacious and great) and clean, the stuff very gentle, the breakfast was OK. The hotel needs a little refurnishment in some details, but for the price and the location it is very OK. |

Excellent location. Could be a great central place if below noted. Needs refubishing - very tired/tatty/old. Bedspreads stained in several places. Room (and pillows as well as other soft furnishing) smelt very strongly of stale smoke. No attempt to air the room. |

I like the free (included) wifi and the place of the hotel. It's on Marble Arch, near to Hyde Park and there is a lot of busses to take....very easy going anywhere in London. The room was very small, the place just to be two persons.... |
