Rose Court Hotel

Понравилось: место расположения и наличие бесплатного интернета, наличие номеров для троих. Для нас были важны эти три пункта.Сама гостиница ровно на 2 звезды. Все чисто,но очень старая мебель , ванная и т.д. Для нас эти пункты были не важны. Плюс - очень удобное месторасположение до Оксфордстрит 2 минуты

в гостинице нет переходника на Евророзетки. надо покупать в магазине. 5 фунтов

Leaving!!!!!!!!

From the moment we walked down the stairs to the dingy basement we realised we had made a major mistake. Our son and daughter in law were frightened of sleeping in their room as the windows did not shut/lock and the bed contained biscuit crumbs, bit surreal considering he is 24!!! Continental breakfst was tea, toast and cheap cereal. Furniture in reception was ripped and dirty!! Will not be going back thats for sure.

Very much in need of redecoration. Carpets terribly worn to the point of being dangerous. In my room the door was so stiff it was difficult to open, the telecommand did not work, the towel rail collapsed when I hung a towel on it. There was no attempt at sound proofing and the street is very noisy at night.

The front desk staff were helpful. The location is excellent and met our expectations. The free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

The room my wife and I shared on the third floor had no normal windows, only a skylight for natural light, with no curtains. I was tempted to look for another room or leave on seeing the room, except that we had been asked to pay upfront on checking in. I don't believe this is normal practice. The room our son occupied on the 2nd. floor was brighter with a window onto Cumberland St. The wallpaper in both rooms was bubbling, due I would say to damp walls. It is a beautiful old Georgian building, but in poor upkeep and tawdry, in desperate need of refurbishment. Breakfast was advertised as up to 10 o'clock and we were asked to leave at 10.05 on a Sunday morning, which I felt was not customer friendly.

The hotel was convenient for the West End.

The breakfast was limited and lacked variety.

Room was drab,curtains filthy and holed.Breakfast inadequate.whole place in need of complete makeover.

Friendly staff. Hotel not too large. Informal atmosphere. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Basic but reasonably comfortable.

The room could have benefited from double glazing - a little noisy, though it did not affect our sleep. The net curtain at the window was dirty. Some of the furniture had seen better days.

The location is great, the room was comfortable (we have 3 children and their room was spacious and great) and clean, the stuff very gentle, the breakfast was OK.

The hotel needs a little refurnishment in some details, but for the price and the location it is very OK.

Excellent location. Could be a great central place if below noted.

Needs refubishing - very tired/tatty/old. Bedspreads stained in several places. Room (and pillows as well as other soft furnishing) smelt very strongly of stale smoke. No attempt to air the room.

Excellent for the price given it's geographical location.
