Das Hotel ist ruhg, hat sehr komfortable Zimmer, super Service und ausgezeichnete Küche im Brasserie. Manche Sachen sind im Zimmer versteckt(!), wie Föhn und Kaffeekocher - Rezeption hätte vorher erzählen sollen |

The room was clean, tidy and well decorated. The receptionist dealt with our complaint courteously and efficiently. Our room was immediately above a function room where there was a party that continued until 1.00am, noised continued for a further hour so sleep was impossible. There was no mini-bar or water in the room. The temperature of the room seemed to vary from warm to hot during the night. We particularly disliked the plastic mattress protector that made the warm room even less bearable. |

I could park easily Yes - the walls are thin and I was disturbed at night by even the most muted conversations in the corridor; the door shutting mechanisms/locks/handles were extremely clunky and noisy ... so I could sleep only from the time the last person on my corridor went to bed (around 2.30am until the first person went out (around 6am). I slept only for a few hours and decided to check out rather than stay the 2 nights as booked ... I didn't want to pay £100 not to sleep. Plus the pillows were rock hard foam. I wouldn't stay there again. |

Nice location very close to the motorway. Charming hotel. Very noisy. Walls paper thin so if you are expecting to sleep till late or go to bed early bring your earplugs. |

the ambience of the hotel was very pleasant. It was old but not shabby. the restaurant food and service was very good. there were good spaces for sitting in the bar area. the gym facilities were excellent. the room was small but okay. the internet was free, but very slow. there was no air-conditioning but at least there were a couple of small windows that opened, though I wouldn't want to stay there in really hot weather. Given that this is England, this is unlikely. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food in both restaurant and bar. Situation was perfect for access to town and country Squeeze bottles for soap and shower gel/shampoo. Bottles so stiff I had to use both (elderly) hands to get anything out of them. |

Even though the Chace Brasserie was unavailable on Sunday evening, the food produced from the bar was superb. Room service was excellent. We were initially given a small dark room overlooking a wall but asked to be moved. Unfortunately the second room didn't have the kingsize bed we had requested when booking but at least there was light in the room. Quick tip - Ask for second/third floor room. |

My overall experience at your hotel was good, the facilities provided good value for money, friendly staff and an above average standard of facility. The main area I believe the hotel could improve is the quality of food from your pub. I have visited similar quality hotels in the Midlands with a Pub and restaurant split and the quality of the pub food was much better. I felt the quality of food from the Pub was a bit basic. |

nice hitel in a good location The fitness centre only opened at 10:00!! I usually do my workout at 6:00 so was not able to use the fitness facilities what a pity. |
