Excellent room, bar/restaurant. Staff in bar and restaurant friendly but professional.

Reception staff a bit preoccupied with other stuff. Didnt explain where breakfast would be served or any info about hotel. I asked if they could direct me to somewhere local (less than 2miles away) and just got the response 'sorry I dont know'! No offer to find out for me which I would have expected.

The staff hotel and settings were awsome my stay was brief but we thouroghly enjoyed it, we look forward to returning for a much longer stay. thankyou so much I di not have enough time to access all facilites but I will upon return. thank you a beautiful experince

I was born in this area (Northaw) and love to revisit. The Royal Chace was wonderful, with the staff being just fantastic. The restaurant food was phenomenal. I will come back with every chance I get. This doesn't affect me, but when people have to visit loved ones in the Enfield Chase Hospital, this Hotel must be a boon to them.

Lovely courtyards, but kept locked while the sun was in them. Apparently opened in the evening. Would like a small shelf or something in the shower to put shampoo etc. on. Shower was very small.

Excellent rural location with convenient links to the M25. Very peaceful and idealic setting

Continental breakfast is very expensive for what you get. Limited pastries, and the last time I saw croissants that small was when my daughter was making breakfast for her Sylvanian house toys.

Location, price, good standards in the room and friendly staff.

The room was very warm and made it an uncomfortable nights sleep even though I did try to turn off the radiator.

Room was cold, Radiator not satisfactory. Bed uncomfortable. Staff: Not as friendly as they should be, my wife was talked back to at breakfast, when in fact she had requested stuff already.

Only enough tea bags for one cup per person. Not enough hand towels. Only had one hand towel for the two of us.

Reasonable prices for what is starting to become a little tired. But the staff were all very helpful and friendly and all requests were met witha smile.

Most staff were very friendly - clean room - pleasant rural location.

1. Reception took an ageo to find my reservation. 2. Porter had great difficulty in turning on room radiator. 3. Breafast supervisor offered fish instead of full English beakfast but failed to explain that a small piece of over cooked haddock and very late service, would cost me £22.50 = rip off.

Room was small but adequate for needs. Bathroom very good. English breakfast was superb and service excellent.

There were no hand towels in bathroom - only bath towels. Just a little oversifght presumably.

Friendly staff. Good quality hotel with good facilities. The location is good with easy access from the m25 but it is about 3 miles from Enfield centre.

The breakfast was expensive and had a great choice. However, the cooked breakfast left a bit to be desired E.G. the tomatoes were not cooked and were cold and many of the items especially the bacon and hash browns were very dry and hard.

Efficient check in staff always friendly and accommodating, easy access to venue to/ from motorway.

This hotel does not have a lift. I checked in 10.30pm and heating was still switched off in my room - I was freezing!

The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and always greeted me. Even though it was busy on the weekend there was no problem with noise.

The food was extremely expensive and not value for money. I am not a big eater but the portions where very small. They did not have any rooms that were fitted with a microwave oven or mini refrigerator so you could cater for yourself.I always had to go to the local pub to get a meal or snack. It cost me seven pounds just for a plain cheese sandwich that would cost three pounds from the local supermarket and you got a drink and chips with it.
