Excellent value for money. Appreciated paying half price for a single room - very rare. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Good access to buses into Plymouth. |

I had to run the shower for 10 minutes before I got any hot water. The TV didn't work properly. There was loud music playing all night. |

The extreme pleasantness and helpful attitude of the staff. The price is very competitive and gives value for money. It is not my first stay and will not be my last. See you again, |

We had good sized room. Check in was quick. Service at breakfast was efficient. We had left over food from previous guests in the drawers |

Good value for money. The staff were very friendly, particularly at breakfast Wouldn't suit everyone, but at the price it is recommended. |

Excellent breakfast. Standards have dropped drastically since last staying there, it used to be a really good place to stay. |
