“ Very historic hotel next to the train station. Booking.com rates are a third of the hotels standard rates. My single room was very large with a nice view of the front street. ”

It was conveniently located for people traveling by train. It was attached to the train station, but we never heard the trains coming or going. I did not include breakfast.

Freindly staff, very pleasant rooms with good facilities. Superb breakfast range and newly refurbished breakfast room. Ideal location especially for the railway station. The only gripe was only1 chair in the room, so the second person had to sit on the bed to watch tv.

Actually connected to the station - great for train travelers. Lobby/bar area looked amazing. Bar staff we excellent and keep a good pint of Guinness! Room was small and the shower cubicle tiny. No shelf in the shower, so nowhere to place soap or shower gel. Makes it difficult for older guests who are no so agile. Need to take care of the little things that make life a bit easier for the seniors! Overpriced for what is on offer.

Bang in the centre of Inverness, right next ot the train station. Friendly staff, pleasant, warm, comfortable, quiet and clean room. I didn't make use of any additional facilities so no problems. It will be good when wi fi is available in the rooms (currently being installed?)

I loved the location. I checked in just before midnight - having arrived by train. The room was spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was amazing! The staff went over and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I find myself so lucky to be in Inverness in the future. Nothing!

24 hour reception, as I didn't arrive until 2am due to travel delays. The price £77 as I was only in room for 5 hours and continental breakfast was £4.95 extra

Traditional Highland décor, good Scottish breakfast, immediately adjacent to rail station and in centre of the city. Excellent restaurant with some good special offers. Free secure wifi in public areas. Room décor a little tired; shower rather basic and did not work properly. No wifi in room.
