Comfy bed ,very clean, nice breakfast Will return
Fresh fruit for breakfast
Room too small for a double, Host more hospitatal on departure than arrival.
The welcome, the position, the comfy bed and an excellent breakfast.
The shower is just off the bath taps so no control of temperature or power. Awful !! Even a basic 'Premier' always has a proper shower! This scalds or freezes and is just not adequate in a modern hotel - especially at this price in winter!
Breakfast was excellent!
Room was a lot smaller than expected and noisy. Room looked newly redecorated but same can't be said about the bathroom. Wifi code not readily available.
Location to the sea front. Good Breakfast with friendly staff.
Not flexible with check in times we had a wedding at 2pm and was not allowed to check in before this time. Room a little small.
Location and hotel owners were very good.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were warm and friendly and made you feel at home. Would recommend to to anyone wanting a no frills stay.
The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Very good location, with parking not a problem. A great range of choice for breakfast.
Very pleasant welcome and a lovely clean room the delivery of a breakfast tray was a nice touch had a great sleep too
The staff wer very friendly helpful . We only stayed 2 nites and the rooms were cleaned . Breakfast was lovely plenty of it too . So a big thanks for letting us stay here Lesley Heaney x
very clean pleasant /friendly staff excellent breakfast
bar closing very early music at breakfast
Through a genuine sense of welcome, ample and comfortable accomodatation , excellent breakfasts and dinner, topped by attention to detail this was simply a great place to stay whilst exploring Bridlington and surrounds.
Very quite and comfortable especially for mature people.
well were do i start from the moment of booking my stay and im disabled i had a message back re my parking as i cant walk far,I informed that being a bank holiday parking could be a problem and if i wanted i could park blocking the frontage and that they did not have a lift was i able to use stairs which i can slow but sure is the order of the day. Tim and staff was most helpful nothing and i mean nothing was too much trouble. My room was very clean and well presented the white bedding made the room bright and the bathroom was clean and fresh water was hot anytime of day. Ihad breakfast in my room as i was going out before the 8-15 opening it was so nice the selection i made a bit of a pig of myself and ate the lot which did last me all day and i ate the fruit in the evening but please keep my secret as i want to use this warm welcoming place again and again
being very honest i did not find any negatives during my stay
Friendly staff Excellent food for breakfast Fabulous location
Clean great breakfast comfy beds
I enjoyed the lay out of the room was very clean
No parking spaces Had to queue for breakfast the room is locked Out of all the staff one bloke think he is the owner and a lady called Marilyn had great customer service ! The rest of staff needed re trained how to smile and make conversation
The attitude of the owners when we asked to check out before our leaving date as they did not appear interested in accommodate our needs and where extremely antagonistic; we did not feel welcome as a family, very upset by the whole experience!
Good traditional breakfast - Scrambled egg on toast. good size proportions. location near town centre and sea front. friendly Staff . will put this under a favourite site for good places to stay.
This is not a hotel it's more like a guest house or B & B. It is very clean and the breakfast is great
The bed in room 6 is quite soft, but the bathroom is great even though the shower isn't very brilliant .
We Were very happy with our room which was clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu and food were very good thank you to Fiona and Tim for a lovely stay definitely be back again
The owners wasn't pleasent we booked this hotel because we had a young baby , they didn't allow the pram in the hotel or breakfeast room , they had a bar but baby wasn't allowed in even though there was no one in , when my mother wanted a night cap you had to ring the bell before you was served , there is no atmosphere at all , it was just too much trouble for them
Very warm welcome excellant room bed very comfy breakfast amazing
Bath to small shower couldn't get right water temp either scalding or freezing
Clean great breakfast comfy beds
Wi_fi could be better In room 17
