staff were friendly, when i asked for 2 wine glasses and an iron, within 10 mins they sent someone up with them.I had my hair done in Toni & Guy which was opposite the hotel! Ideal place to stay,as we went out at night so it wasn't far to get back after! bed was comfy, and we heard no noise, but our room was at the side of the building.Would stay there again! We parked in the railway station, which was £7.60 for 24hrs! shower wasn't very powerfull, and under the draws it was very dusty! cleaner had definately not cleaned the floor under there! |

The rooms are in good size for a city hotel and is right in downtown Cardiff which is extremely convenient. The receptionist checked us in a room on the 4th floor when she knew the air-contioning system was out of order on the whole floor, yet she didn't mention it to us, so we had to bear the heat on the first night. Fortunately we were able to move to another room the next day. In general, I'd like to see more smile and greetings from the receptionists. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Plus the all night security was a bonus as well as being right in the middle of the town centre The room was a little on the small side which was a bit dissappointing |

Gorgeous room, lovely breakfast, overall very pleasant! A little expensive, but this can be justified by the quality of the place. |

Central, close to all amenities.Good sized room, comfortable bed.Friendly night porter. Two pigeons got trapped between the old and new windows, had to call reception to catch them. Having to pay for the room on arrival. Charmless receptionist. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous and although the hotel is positioned slap bang in the middle of all the nightlife, you could here nothing once you were in the room. The hotel was also in an excellent location for the Stadium. |

Helpful staff. New/modern decor. Secure. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was confusing. Cooked meals were under cover so you were unable to see what was available, and what had run out. Anything cooked fresh (fried eggs) you had a 10 min wait in which time everything else had gone cold. Would have liked tablecloths on tables. |

The hotel reception was modern and light. The rooms were clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. The windows are situated very high up and you cannot see out. |

The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. On the website I read that there was parking, I was abit dissappointed to find out that the parking was a ncp carpark. Also with all the diversions and the hotel not being very noticable we were driving around for an hour trying to find it, it would have been nice for the hotel to pre warn us of the diversions. |

This hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the city's prime business and shopping district, and is adjacent to the Cardiff International Arena. |
