Excellent room interiors, comfort and cleanliness. A top notch hotel, for sure. Pleasant staff. Spacious bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great location to Paddington station, Hyde Park. An easy 30 minute walk to the West End area.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, we could walk through the parks to most of the destinations, and Oxford St and the paddington canal were also within walking distance. The atmosphere was very genteel, and our room was very comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive, so we ate around the corner.

- Sound insualtion pretty bad. One could hear - and be kept awake by - every thing the guests in the room above were doing. - Plumbing a bit noisy too. - Breakfast leaves quite a bit to wish for especially since it's quite pricy. - The free Wifi is oversubscribed quite a lot.

Beautiful hotel, good rooms, comfy bed, clean bathrooms and quiet rooms. Also good location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was poor for nearly £14.00 per person. We had breakfast booked for 10am with reception but the table wasn't ready, no spoons, no milk, no plates for the croissants and very little food left generally. We had requested spoons but had to ask a second time before they arrived. They also tried to charge an incorrect room rate upon checking out. Good job I had the booking.com receipt with me.

Very good location, near the underground. Also, a quite place with comfortable room. Nice room service and reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is good....

At the last couple of nights of my stay at the hotel,somebody checked in near our room which was a smoker. The smell was annoying

We went to London to celebrate my fiances 30th. All the staff made us feel so special and welcome. The room was gorgeous, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we couldn't hear a thing from outside. Afternoon tea was served with delicious nibbles and a very attentive waiter who took the time to chat and valued. Will definitely be returning soon!

The rooms were spacious and the fourposter bed incredibly comfortable. In addition, the airconditioning did not work in our original room and they immediately upgraded us at no extra cost.

The Staff were excellent. very friendly and helpful. complimentary champagne in the evening was a lovely surprise touch. Room was comfortable and of good quality. we both slept well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Royal Park Hotel. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay! we WILL be back.

there was nothing we didn't like only 2 points we would mention constructively. breakfast was a little chaotic on our first morning so the following days we chose to have breakfast in our room. the only other "small" issue was that we could occasionally "hear" other rooms through the walls but it was nothing intrusive. we WOULD ABSOLUTELY stay again and if i were a hotelier i would want ALL the staff!

Staff were excellent and helpful, breakfast still hot when it reached our room. Plus the champagne afternoon tea superb.

Arrive in time for the restorative afternoon tea, you will not regret it.

Oh that's easy - mostly everything apart the staff who did their utmost to make our short stay comfortable. I believe the management of this hotel need to do some work on understanding their customer needs. I'm really surprised it gets an 8.7 ranking. Normally, your grading has been pretty accurate. A few examples of what does not constitute a 4-Star rating: *No complimentary water in the room. *Breakfast was not great and having booked through you a breakfast inclusive deal it then turned out that for that we were only entitled to a Continental version. A full offering was at additional cost. *We asked for some Apple Juice on arrival. They didn't have any so when we ordered it the following morning and they still were out of stock it didn't reflect well. Frankly, if this is London's idea of making visitors want to return then forget it.

Location, Staff (wonderfully helpful and professional), ability to park car in central London. Room size not too bad for London. Even at night it is a easy walk from Regent Steet.

Cost is quite high even for London, if breakfast and/or parking hand been included it would have felt like better value. Bathroom had good equipment and fittings but et down by the installation, silicone and tile finish is very amateur
