Staff excellent. Rooms well furnished and clean. Great location.

Breakfasts can only be taken in rooms. The hotel staff failed hopelessly to deliver my breakfast to a colleague's room so we could eat together. Never did get a breakfast despite chasing on several occasions.

Rooms are well decorated, bed and linens are luxurious, bathrooms are very nice with excellent water pressure and thick, plush towelling. Very clean hotel and room. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is no restuarant but room service is available 24 hours and quite good. Quiet suberban neighborhood, nice for evening walks and superb restuarants within walking distance.

No real food on site - breakfast was dear for what you could get.

the hotel was in an excellent location, had friendly staff and was very comfortable. we did not eat the hotel's breakfast as it was fairly expensive for continental breakfast and there are tonnes of nearby shops and restaurants

We had asked about booking a taxi to the airport for our early departure twice and were assured that it was done. However on the morning we were leaving they had no record of a taxi booking and when called, the company had no cars available. The gentlemen at the front desk called his boss at 5:30 am and went outside to hail us a cab.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and effecient. Lovely room very clean and well appointed. Hotel very convenient for Hyde Park as well as Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations.

No tea and coffee making facilities

We were made to feel very welcome. Any request was met with quick response. Friendly staff and keen to please.

No dining room for breakfast. Thought the price for continental breakfast in room rather high.

The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. The heating did not really heat at the temperature indicated on the control screen. At the price we paid the breakfast should be have been included (either as a room service, because the hotel does not have a restaurant, or as a coupon to eat at a nearby café).

Schone comfortabele kamer, goed bed erg belangrijk als je de hele dag in touw bent, lekkere douche/bad, rustige ligging vlak bij Hyde park, vriendelijke persoonlijke service ontbijt op de kamer was goed verzorgd maar wel aan de dure kant.
