All the staff worked together as a team and attended to every detail, from checkin to departure food was excellent both breakfast and evening carvery. great value for money 3 course.
lift was a bit small only held 3 people.
+ the hotel has excellent staff + location by promenade is good
- if you book via booking.com you may get one of the rooms above kitchen where you will constantly hear noise from - the room and corridor very hot, even in September - the external fan was on until 9pm and started just after 5am - parking can be an issue
Good value for money. Hotel staff pleasant, rooms clean, food good
Restaurant food variety
Rooms modern decor. Breakfasr. Hotel staff
The reception are was spacious, the room was very comfortable and the food was excellent.
The lift was a bit small and although we asked for an early morning call we didn't receive it.
Cleanliness, decor, location and breakfast
Temperature in room was too high and noise from fans if windows are open
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Located right on the Promenade.
Comfortable room, evening entertainment in the bar. Breakfast was OK and we took the fixed menu dinner one evening, which was good value and quite tasty, simple food..
No parking. Price of room - albeit during Manx Classic Festival week.
cold water, no excuses very dated very warm dining room price small lift (part of dated)
nice place, great room, tasty breakfast, bar in lobby
tiny elevator, very warm on the upper floors
Hotel staff wouldnt allow my wife and I into the restaurant 5 minutes before 7.00am yesterday morning ?. The young girl was very poker faced and unhelpful !. Rooms are very tired and dated Bar/Lounge is cold and insignificant, obviously catering for the elderly coach trips who didn't want the television on !?
Location on the sea front. Good sized bedroom which was clean and with good bathroom facilities.
Very tired looking public areas in particular the carpeting in the hallways etc. VERY expensive for what it was.
Most things about the hotel were of high standard and met our requirements at a price we could afford,
Closing the evening entertainment early in the belief that the old people on coach parties wanted to go to bed early.
Good seafront location with excellent sea views across the bay. Lovely, clean rooms.
I loved the view the size of room, size of bathroom excellent sleep , staff friendly and courteous .breakfast excellent all you could want
