Everything was very likeable at the hotel.
the only thing was the lack of parking outside of the hotel, luckily we found a car park at the end of the street. but at busier periods we would have struggled finding parking facilities near by.
Clean facilities, excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our meal in the indian restaurant. Would recommend this to others.
Did have difficulties with hot water in the shower and there were no hair dryers available. Also it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit on breakfast menu.
location was perfect. breakfast was perfect set you up for the day
room was very small
The Sandhurst Hotel was a nice surprise. Lovely owners who went out their way to make our visit enjoyable. We enjoyed a superb meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was very tasty and satisfying. Would stay their again.
We arrived at night and the owner ran over the road and saved a free car park space for us and helped with our bags in the rain. So very helpful and friendly.
Nothing all fabulous
The service was fantastic. A friendly family run hotel. It is well set out and is immaculate. The breakfast was very nice. Would definately book again.
My only gripe is parking. If you wanted their parking it was charged at £5 per day. I think this should be included. Luckily we found somewhere to park for free.
Great location, lovely owners, clean accommodation, not five star, but didn't pay five star price. Breakfast fair, excellent Indian restaurant! Well worth a try! I would highly recommend the sandhurst!
No parking provided! However, we did manage to get a parking space right across the road fairly quickly. Not hotels fault though.
Nice friendly staff lovely breakfast and nice restaurant downstairs.
The noise carried round the hotel so you could hear kids screaming and shouting when and banging of doors so not good if you after a quiet break didn't think much of the bar it was small and cold. And in our room the floor wasn't level felt like there was a big hole in it shame really cause staff where nice
Excellent location Friendly owners Great breakfast Spotlessly clean
Can't think of anything
Very welcoming people always happy to help.
No car park
We had 2 family rooms which were suitable in size, the breakfasts were excellent. The family bar was not manned so we had to ring a bell for drinks ( we only went once). A friend had a double room which had a hair dryer and fridge where our rooms did not. The wifi being available throughout the hotel was a big plus + .
The bed and breakfast and the staffs manours and the pool table
The bathroom was to small and the TV was to small for me to view it from the bed
the couple are nice and helpful.the room is cosy and clean. and the bteakfast is excellent.
Wifi didn't work in our room and the bar is in a dark dingy celler which you had to ring a bell for service. Also there was a fruit machine in there with all the glass smashed ( should have been covered or removed)
I like Blackpool the amount of events that were going on was excellent there was plenty to do.
Didn't like the room we were given it was too tight.
Near to the pleasure beach, south pier and other attractions
Bar a bit pricey bottle of cobra and a Bacardi £5.50 glass of wine £5.95
Staff Location met our needs Breakfast room Breakfast Shower
Bedroom. Forgot how many beds they can get in such a small space. One small wardrobe for three people, that's all they would get in anyway. Only 3 towels 1 hand 2 bath. Got the impression they put single bed in to accommodate us.
Breakfast cooked fresh and very tasty
Small room / bathroom toilet leaking and noisy when flushed no curtain or blind at bathroom window
Great and friendly welcome. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble
Would highly recommend to others. Staff made you feel welcome.
The Location very good, Car parking very near. It was very clean, breakfast good
The staff are very lovely and welcoming. Clean hotel, very accommodating to your needs. Didn't get chance to sample the Indian restaurant at night. But it was fantastic value. The breakfast in the morning was lovely! Stayed in a lot of Blackpool bed an breakfasts and this was the best I've had. Clean and yummy. I'd definitely stay again.
We arrived really early in Blackpool, so went straight to the Pleasure Beach. We came to the hotel around 5pm and we were greeted by the owner who was very helpful and gave us our room key, explained the keys and mentioned the restaurant. As it was off-season it was very quiet. We had showers (we'd gotten soaked on Valhalla) and debated going to the restaurant inside. We decided not to due to wanting Chinese food, however the reviews for Lahore are amazing. Would definitely try next time. The room was a little tight fit, but then again, who goes to Blackpool to spend time in the hotel!? The room was bright, clean and the beds comfortable. We came in a little after 11, and chilled in the room - a perfect nights sleep and we had been told that breakfast was around 9-9:15. Perfect. We got a wonderful cooked breakfast, including Bacon and Sausage, which sometimes due to *reasons* gets omitted, but they obviously understood how much people love bacon, which was a lovely touch. Very kindly, they printed my friend's boarding pass again and helped us to get the luggage down the stairs. Will definitely stay here again, it was perfect.
