Would highly recommend to others. Staff made you feel welcome.
The Location very good, Car parking very near. It was very clean, breakfast good
The hotel owners provided us with excellent service. Smile on they face .chat with the kids made them felt at home. We enjoyed our stay there.
I was expecting a small fridge some where where I can store my kids food since it was a family hotel and kids are around all the time. Both place and service was excellent. I will recommend for my friends and family. And will definitely visit them again.
Friendly staff and a great stay would highly recommended
Lovely friendly people great family room
clean room, spotless bathroom, excellent facilities. friendly owners. couldnt ask for more.
This was our second visit to this hotel, very clean and comfortable and close to the South Pier and the Pleasure Beach. The owners are extremely nice people who go out of there way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Our family had a fantastic time. If you love curry the restaurant is a must in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
Staff were lovely, fab breakfast and it was good for one night. Location close to pleasure beach which was why we stayed. A good b&b overall and was fine for what we needed.
Basic room, not much space for 2 adults and child, very rowdy people in room next door until 4am. Couldn't stay for more than a night or two.
Clean, safe, welcoming , quite, breakfast and Indian resturant were lovely .close to everything.lovely bathroom ,very hot water. Coffee and tea in room wfi , beds were really clean and comfy. Lighting good and enough sockets . Warm in the evening , didn't use the bar so can't comment on that. Lovely host .
No hair dryer in room but if I had asked I'm sure I would have had one .only 3 towels for family of 4 but got around that ok , blind in bathroom couldn't close shut and door needs oil on as kept waking kids up when going to bathroom , shelf by bunk beds too close and telly too high and positioned wronge , but on holiday so wasn't too much problem,no fan in bathroom and taps too small to put hands under properly . Door bell gets stuck .
We initially were spending 1 night at The Sandhurst Hotel then decided to stay another night. Cas made sure everything was organised so there was no disruption to our short break. He helped us to find secure parking which was a huge weight off our mind and we could then travel by tram or horse and cart if we didn't want to walk. The meals were fabulous and hospitality excellent . Would definitely recommend this accommodation if anyone is going to Blackpool.
one night or a week stay the staff will do there best to make sure you enjoy your stay the rooms are clean and comfy and meals are fantastic will be coming back
Very. Nice. People. Nothing. Was. Out. Of. The. Way. For. Them
This hotel is ideally situated near the south pier. Pleasure beach within walking distance. The owners Kas and Leila are very welcoming and make you feel right at home and nothing is to much trouble to assist their guests. The bedrooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. A fantastic breakfast was included. If you love curry their restaurant in the evening is the place to be. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend.
Lovely spacious room even though we were a family of 6 excellent value for money. Even though the dining room was busy for breakfast the owner and waitress were very attentive and couldn't do enough for guests. Would definitely stay again and perhaps next time try the Indian restaurant for dinner.
There were no negatives for this hotel
On the whole everything was fine especially the hospitality
The door keys, conventional 3 keys in a key chain and one of the mattresses in the bunk bed. I was a bit shy to inform the staff about it
I loved everything about this hotel
Lovely friendly helpful staff, excellent service, lovely clean rooms very comfy beds and the breakfast was very generous. Also the location was fantastic close to the pleasure beach less than five minutes. We will definitely be returning.
Apartment with 2 bedrooms was excellent for young children
In line with much of Blackpool accommodation parking was a challenge.
It was very close to the south pier and the rooms were very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing, will Defo be looking into going back to stay there!
The only down fall was the pillows were very hard but it was only for 1 night so we didn't ask to change them
We were made very welcome by the owners, they were friendly and helpful.
Very Friendly Staff Very Clean Great Location Great Food Nothing Too Much Trouble
This was our fourth time at the Sandhurst and as always Cas and Ollie were wonderful hosts with very good facilities and the full english was spot on cannot fault it again
From the minute I walked through the door we were made very welcome and because we arrived early we were allowed to leave our bags and come back before later to check in. The hotel is in a great location and was great value for money. Myself and my partner will Defo return to this hotel. Great location 10 mins from Blackpool south station , and minutes from the promenade, pleasure beach. Excellent
Everything was perfect about the hotel from the minute we arrived .
