Savoy rather run down, cleanliness not high on the agenda. Staff not very helpful or friendly.

Room size prise for the weekend good

food on the second mornimg very poor when we got home we spent three days in bed with food poisoning so won't go back there again Also on the sat night there was a wedding on and we went to bed at midnight and the floors were still banging till early Hours

We had a spacious room and quite a large bathroom, there was a fair choice of menu for our evening meal and breakfast

The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, the carpets on the corridors all need a good clean and the stairs on the fire exit were filthy

the location with easy access to blackpool via bus or tram

the fact we where stuck in the middle of the building with no way of seeing out the windows or being able to open one not good especialy when some one some where else is smoking and coming through to our room smelt awful .......

Location was great for the family not to far from the town centre and local bars and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. You can walk straight out of reception across onto the sea front. Room was clean and the kids loved the jacuzzi.

Room was dated in need of refurbishment ! We stay in a family/executive room.

The breakfast was good.

Room smelt. Place was dirty. Supossed entertainment was rubbish, and the same act both nights we stayed there. Loud music playing until 1:30am and staff did nothing about it.

We had our two grandchildren with us ages 11&7 our room was on the first floor there was entertainment on down stairs which ended at 11pm we accepted this but there was loud music going on till way past midnight and we could not get to sleep in the end I had to get up and go down to reception at 1pm they then turned the music off.SO We did not have much sleep for our one nights stay.

Views were fantastic. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Good public transport available. Good value for money!

Rooms need updating. Heating on so bedrooms really hot.

friends of ours was put into room 234 which was this room leaves a lot to be desired.when our group arrived we got them moved to another room

Room was dusty and tired. Foyer smelt damp and foisty. Family room and was directly over the ballroom, sounded like the entertainment was in our room. One lift which only fit 3 people at a time, which broke whilst we were there

Poor staff customer service other than reception staff. Food poor quality. Rooms unclean, broken shower door, carpets dirty, generally in need of a good overall clean

hotel dirty. bedroom dirty and dated badly needs decorating. curtains hanging off the window water in sink hot but water in shower cold. tv only had channels 1-5 1 lift only holds 3 people and kept breaking down. corridors and stairs dirty badly needed hoovering.

excellent sized family room with a Jacuzzi! nice breakfast and evening meal - it was good to have an option as to what time to eat. Free parking, wifi in public rooms. Tram stop right outside hotel meant easy access to the centre of Blackpool

windows need blackout blinds as the sunlight shone in and woke us all by 6am. music from the lounge below our room was loud and went on to 10.45 - prevented my kids from sleeping.

Smell of smoke in the corridors. People being able to smoke in their rooms! (on floors 1 and 2) My parents asked why it smelled of smoke and were almost accused of not requesting a non smoking room, after 3 requests they managed to spray an air freshner in the room, which was of little use. My parents felt ill the room smelled so bad and were told that a replacement room was not available. Damaged curtains and chairs. Very poor shower. Noise of pigeons through a constantly open window(in my room) The windows in my parents room were both painted stuck or were triple glazed so could not be opened. My parents room was under a boiler which woke them very early. The hotel was noisy. Breakfast was totally self service. The jam and butter were not in cartons but large containers shared by all (really off putting). The juices tasted cheap. Breakfast was not restful as you were constanlty up and down selecting items and fighting your way through the numerous people doing the same. Windows in the rooms were filthy dirty. The outside was in need of painting and the small gardens were totally overgrown with weeds. The staff were not very welcoming.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfy and we had a nice sized family room facing the sea, breakfast also had a good selection that would suit everybody.

The glass tables and lamps in the room needed a good clean and we had no shower curtain as it had feel off before we stayed in the room and hadnt been fixed back on.

The location was great as it wasn't in the thick of it all and the tram stop was right outside the hotel.

The breakfast was of a poor quality and one morning we had to wait over 30 mins to be seated, even though the breakfast room was almost empty due to staff not clearing the tables quick enough. The beds were very uncomfortable with springs popping through. The toilet leaked. The bunk beds felt like they were going to collapse. The family room we stayed in hadn't had a good clean for a long time and as such smelt. The two towels that were provided for four of us weren't changed in our four day stay. We would not return.
