The Senarth (With Off Street Parking)  

This Hotel was in a very handy position for the the town and beach and the off road parking was very handy.

My credit card number was printed on the bill in full and they had taken 1 nights payment on booking.

Liked the location, very close to the town and a short walk to the pier. The cooked breakfast was lovely, but the room was advertised as spacious and it was far from that. Although the bathroom was clean, the internal doors were filthy and just needed a good clean and the bedding had holes in it. I felt it was in need of a bit of updating, i e decorating and filling the hole that was in the wall. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location with easy access to the town centre. Parking reasonably easy - maybe that was because it was mid October!. There were 4 of us in our party - 1 car parked off road but other had to park on the road. That was not a problem. Breakfast was good but not as much choice as the board outside suggested. Considering the price it was good value for money. Our en-suite rooms were clean and comfortable. Having read 3 previous reviews of the hotel we were pleasantly surprised - the reviews were scathing and I think a little unfair.

There was not much room for negotiation. Breakfast was between 8.30 and 9.00am. On the 1st morning we would have liked to have gone out by 8.30 so we asked if breakfast could be at 8am. It was clear they were not keen to do that so we either went without or changed our plans. We changed our plans!

we came back the next day after been out all day and the room had not been cleaned the bed had not been changed and i had to ask for clean towels as ours we wet , i thought as least they should have gone in and made the bed i have never been in any accomadation before and not had the room done every day !

The only good thing about our stay was it was central for the beach and shops.

The room needed agood clean also the shower,which had black stains around the edges, the carpet also had stains on it. The door handle was missing on the outside of the room, which had been pulled off by someone shutting the door. The room wasn,t checked or rubbish bin emptied .There was a sign to put on the door handle requesting the room to be tieded but with no handle on door it was impossible to do. We would not return to this guest house or recommend it to any of our friends.

very homely clean owners very nice people did not need off road parking traveled by train breakfast as good as anywhere four poster bed comfy would stay there again

The staff were friendly & it was situated close to the seafront & shops as well as other things to do, the cable car & zoo.

There is a bit of lack of space for parking and I rather take car keys with me but we managed.

Liked the position of the hotel. The breakfasts were very enjoyable. Very clean room, and hosts very nice.

It was central to all the activities within Llandudno. Reasonable value for money Room was very good and the bed was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good Gill look after us very well

It was what it said on the advert nothing to complain about
