Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
There is a 2% charge for all credit card transactions.
3 days minimum booking for public holiday weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), bookings for less than this will be cancelled.
Parking is available at the front of the guesthouse. The car park is for guests of the Senarth only, and spaces are taken on a first-come, first-parked basis.
If a guest is found smoking in their room we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave, and a defumigation charge of GBP 50 will be charged.
No food is to be taken to the rooms under any circumstances. A table can be allocated in the dining room if possible. Additional charges will also be made for any damage caused to the room or any other part of the guest house. The guest shall be notified before any additional charges are made.

Totally relaxed place to stay with relaxed staff who couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast. The heating was too high for most of us, turned it off in our rooms but it was still warm and leaving a window open means the seagulls wake you at an ungodly hour! Minor complaint and if thats all we have to complain about then we must be picky. |

Bathroom and breakfast excellent and all very clean. Off street parking a very good idea. Radio 1 and Chris Moiles at breakfast time. I bit too regimented about booking breakfast items and time. |

We liked the peace and quiet. The Guest House was within easy reach of all areas of Llandudno. We didn't need to use the car if we didn't want to. The stairs. They were a bit steep and could be a problem for the less mobile patrons. |

I booked the Senarth as a last min break away and wow was I lucky! Im 23 and my boyfriend is 24 and we had the most amazing time! The Senarth is ni e and modern but still has the warm cozy charm of a b&B. The staff were great, really helpfull, the breakfast was yummy and the room was fantastic :) location was a nice suprise as its 1 min walk from the centre but down a lovely side street so nice and quiet! I give the Senarth 10 out of 10 and we will be returning asap!! |

Nicely located with beach and shops only 5 minutes walk away. The location was also quiet. Restaurants nearby were very good with excellent food and very good value for money. Staff very nice and polite. |

Breakfasts were good - cooked well and presented and served very well. The guest house was full so considering it was busy it is important to point out that the breakfasts were good. Our room bit small (was smallest in guest house) apparently. Owners good enough to ring to check when we were arriving as they had to go out (which was appreciated & expressed so to them) but you never saw anyone apart from breakfast time. Left to your own devices or phone up a tel number on door if you needed help. Was not in favour of that. Otherwise comfortable and just rang up if anything needed and seemed to be what another a couple did so I'm sure everyone would have to if they required help on anything. |
