The Senarth (With Off Street Parking)  

The location just behind the front and 2 minutes from the main street and recriational areas of the town was ideal. The owners jill and phil were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.The room was comfortable and had a TV with built in DVD although there was a guests lounge downstairs if you wished to use that. The breakfast was good and freshly cooked and importantly served with a smile! The room price I got was fantastic value for such a good guest house. I will use the Senarth again when I next go to Llandudno.

To be quite honest the only thing I can think of was the lack of an alarm clock/radiio in the room, but Jill did give me a knock at the time I asked on the Saturday morning so I suppose I did have an alarm!!

My wife and I stayed at The Senarth for a week. It is situated in a quiet area of the town. Gill & Phil were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We found The Senarth to be clean and comfortable, in close proximity to the town centre shopping area and just a short walk from the pier and promenade. The off-street parking was a bonus. The room (No. 5) and on-suite were clean and comfortable. (Just ask if you want towels, etc. changed.) The breakfasts were great - full and filling! Phil's a great cook and Gill poaches an egg to perfection. (Again, just ask if you want to alter it.) Many thanks. I would recommend The Senarth without hesitation. Anne & John.

We stayed at the Senarth to attend a family wedding at the local registry office. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the owner, Jill, very friendly and helpful.

We picked a low budget hotel for a weekend stay and for this the "Senarth" was fine. Probably for a weeks stay we would have expected a higher general all round standard but then we would have to have paid significantly more. so value for money the "Senarth" was fine

Good location with easy access to the town centre. Parking reasonably easy - maybe that was because it was mid October!. There were 4 of us in our party - 1 car parked off road but other had to park on the road. That was not a problem. Breakfast was good but not as much choice as the board outside suggested. Considering the price it was good value for money. Our en-suite rooms were clean and comfortable. Having read 3 previous reviews of the hotel we were pleasantly surprised - the reviews were scathing and I think a little unfair.

There was not much room for negotiation. Breakfast was between 8.30 and 9.00am. On the 1st morning we would have liked to have gone out by 8.30 so we asked if breakfast could be at 8am. It was clear they were not keen to do that so we either went without or changed our plans. We changed our plans!

Our stay at the Senarth was wonderful. The proprietors were warm and welcoming nothing was too much trouble for them. The location to all the amenities was excellent just a 5 minute walk to the shops, promenade etc. Their informative booklet with the best places to eat was particularly helpful. The cooked English breakfast was excellent!

It was central to all the activities within Llandudno. Reasonable value for money Room was very good and the bed was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good Gill look after us very well

This Hotel was in a very handy position for the the town and beach and the off road parking was very handy.

My credit card number was printed on the bill in full and they had taken 1 nights payment on booking.
