Best Western The Shrubbery  

Relaxed comfortable atmosphere, good food well served.

My daughters wedding was held at the shrubbery and I think we had about ten rooms for family and friends , and everybody was very pleased with their rooms, and the wedding . The buffet for 150 people was fantastic,the staff where all very helpful very smart and polite they could not do enough for us. The rooms where very clean and tidy,as was all the hotel.

I liked the breakfast and the beds. In the morning you go down and you order anything you want, cooked and there is tea and coffee, cereal and juices. The beds are really comfy! I slept like a plank.

Car Park could be better arranged in the annex area when there is several functions on as there was on Wednesday 6th July. I lived on my nerves that my new car was going to get hit as cars were pouring in and as it was full trying to reverse out.

I am rather upset at the fact that I was not informed at the time I booked the 2 nights at the Hotel that there would be a very loud Disco on, on the 1st night we were staying there.After driving 350 miles to get there we expected to be able to go to bed and sleep at a reasonable hour, In fact the very loud Disco went on until 1.05 the next morning, we tried to phone the fromt desk at 11pm - 11.30pm 12.00 midnigbt and 12.30am but there was no reply!! I leave you to come to your own conclusions!! This is a very nice Hotel and I think that when there is to be very loud entertainment until the early hours of the morning then people who are intending to stay there should be informed at the time of booking - Gordon Tate .

I would particularly commend the warm welcome of the staff on what was for rthem a very busy day

When I booked the room thro' booking .com I was congratulated on securing the last room at the special rate of £70pd as against the usual rate of £90. However when I paid the bill I was charged £90 but unfortunately did not realise this until we were on our way

子どもの宿泊の際、エキストラベッドが無料というのでリクエストしたところ、コネクティングルームが用意さ- れていて、とても快適でした。清潔でゆったりと広い部屋で、寛いで過ごすことができました。夕食もホテル内- 、どこでも（バーでもレストランでもラウンジでも）好きなところで融図がきくので とても リラックスできました。ホテルのスタッフもとても感じの良い人ばかりでした。
