Sounds silly, but the poor quality, light weight, old doors in the apartment really did not fit with the spec level of the rest of the apartment

The location was good, the communication regarding the keys was also good. The apartment was cold on arrival, the heating had not been turned on. The kitchen facilities were basic, the hot/chopping board was unattractive, a poor frying pan, no extractor fan in the kitchen. The bathroom seal around the bath was peeling, needs renewal. The entry door release knob is small and hard to use. There was only one refuse bag in the kitchen bin. The price was high compared to an apartment we rented in Edinburgh and the value for money was poor.

Just like being at home and near to the hospital where my daughter had an interview. When we arrived we discovered that we had a two bedroom apartment with ensuite facilities instead of a one bedroom which was a bonus. Quite a strong cooking smell throughout the apartment and very close to a busy road.

The suite was comfortable with lots of convenience shops and fast food outlets nearby. As a family with a teenage boy and girl the staff helpfully provided an additional bed in the lounge quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would recommend it for a family.

Well appointed suites. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Hassle free from time of booking until departure following an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Have stayed there before and was pleased and reassured to find that standards have been maintained. Thank you. Enjoyed the whole experience. Suites provide a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Very much like 'home from home'

We were pleasantly surprised how roomy and equipped the Suites were, it made us feel quite at home Also our preference was arranged for us. Parking was no problem and the convenience of using public transport for downtown shopping was right on the doorstep. I would like to see special deals occasionally. I do realise prices are cheaper at weekends but I guess we all like a bargain! Maybe we would stay more often. It would be nice to have the option of an earlier check- in and a little later departure, this only a suggestion, not something we didn't like.

Having never stayed at serviced appts we weren't sure what to expect but we have to admit to being very pleasantly surprised. Evertyhing was provided, everything was immaculate and as the visit was to compete in a squash tournament, it was ideally located.A Perfect base too if you wanted to do a bit of shopping in town. All round a great place with parking and peaceful surroundings.

The Spires are easy to find, and accommodation is private and fairly peaceful, a little trafffic noise, but it's a city! Have stayed before with family and would do so again. Everything was clean and flat was well equipped.

Beautiful large quite apartments. I was travelling with a colleague and was contacted whilst on route to say they were moving my colleague elsewhere as a long term guest had requested an extra nights stay. This caused great inconvenience for work reasons.

On arrival I was impressed with the organization. The suite we booked was a double room one(2 adults and 2 kids) and felt like a home away from home. Cooking facility's very welcome and the whole place was very comfortable. I could not get my clothes dry in the washer/drier.Washed ok but drier either was not working or was above my ability. When booking it was not very clear if the suite was one or two bedrooms...confusion with double /2 rooms could be better clarified.

Very comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with good security facilities. Initially we got 2nd floor but the staff has been very helpful to provide us with a ground floor unit (we have 3 large baggage to carry and they don't have elevator). Unit is also very clean. A free parking is also available. There is also a 24-hours asda nearby (but not walking distance). I don't think the place is within walking distance to the city center but if you have a car, it's just a very short drive to the city. No elevator, therefore might not be suitable for disabled / for people with many heavy suitcase (unless you are lucky to get a ground floor unit). No free WiFi either, however they provide paid ones.

The suite was spacious, very well appointed, clean and convenient for the city centre. It had plenty of parking spaces available and was close to the city ring road. All in all it was very comfortable and made for an enjoyable stay in Aberdeen.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost.Nice clean well euipped apartment.Bus stop outside to take 19 min ride into city centre. Shops nearby for groceries + a yummy chip shop too !Old stye televisions though . the women who cleaned the flats were very polite + helpful + took pride in their work. No phone in room on arrival -but this was rectified next day. Noisy ground floor room behind Bus stop. Would be nice to have Plasma Tv.
