Helpful and polite staff at reception. Apartments well situated for travel downtown. Parking available at Suites. Apartment well equipped, roomy and clean. Temperatures of rooms able to control by resident. Corner window of apartment appreciated.

Felt cheap. A bit down-market. Quite a way out of town. $250 deposit held for weekend stays - unusual and inconvenient.

The apartment was clean

Executive Suite was booked for a treat. It was anything but executive. The accomodation is very clean but very basis. Very dissapointing after paying £130 per night for an executive apartment.

The location is not too bad for being close to town but not too close. Free parking always makes life easier.

I think people should be aware that, if staying over the weekend, there is a £250 deposit that need to be paid. I assume this is due to people staying at the weekend and damaging the property after a few drinks. Although it wasn't a problem it wasn't mentioned until after I had booked the accommodation. WIFI has to be paid for. As I had an iPAD and my son had an iTouch it would not accept one payment to use both devices so I had to pay twice (one for each device). We took a PS3 in case weather was bad and my son had something to play but as the TV's are an older model only SCART connections could be used and the PS3 has no SCART.

I liked having an apartment rather than a hotel room. We were able to take our dogs which was great although there weren't many places to take them out easily. Loved being able to relax with take aways and the TV in the lounge. The apartments are very well supplied with modern and tasteful furnishings and the kitchen is excellent and includes a large fridge/freezer.

Parking facilities right at the doorstep. Ever friendly and obliging staff, even on week end.

The smell, maybe due the dampness of the rug or something.

Very close to Aberdeen City Center as well as to family living in Cults. It was great to have full kitchen available; bedrooms were adequate for us.

First class spacious apartment which was very well equipped with top quality kitchen facilities. Much more spacious than a hotel bedroom.

we were visiting family in aberdeen and chose the apartment purely on location. It was perfect for space for 2 energetic young children. The quality of apartment and furniture surprised us. would definitely return

Very clean and spacious suite

Reception was over the road and not part of the main building. When we arrived the door was locked and there was nobody there. We had to phone, then someone came and give us the keys.

Jedyna rzecz która nam się nie podobała to to, że po pierwszej nocy najprawdopodobniej pani sprzątająca była w naszym apartamencie gdy wyszliśmy na miasto, skorzystała z toalety, nie spuściła wody, a na pewno nie sprzątała I nie wymieniała ręczników...

We were a group of four (two couples) on a business trip - very helpful to have a lounge for relaxation and a private place to discuss the day, and a full kitchen provided choice for meals.

The traffic outside the wondow - but there's nothing can be done about that - Aberdeen is a busy city.

The gentleman on reception was rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly and frankly quite intimidating. I was a female staying alone and after being made to feel rather uneasy at the desk he turned up at my room. I'd not recommend any female to travel there alone nor would I recommend couples as I left soon after his visit and stayed at a friends instead. Shame as the apartments themselves are lovely.
