Sofa bed was a waste if space for an extra bed far too uncomfortable Noise from outside during early hours of the morning spoilt the stay. Lots of people leaving bars pretty much opposite apartment screaming and shouting

A bit noisy in lounge from street below, however no noise in bedrooms. Heating in rooms didnt work and got cold at night.

The location, cleanliness & Louise the manager is just lovely.

In our apartment there was only one shower. The apartment slept 6 people (one shower and 6 females getting ready for dinner, nightmare). Wasn't made aware of the £250 deposit you have to leave for the flat, which isn't refunded on to your bank account for up to ten days!!!!!

Right in the middle of city centre, clean , comfortable and good value for money .

Check out too early . Only one shower in 6 person room

The spires suites were very central and clean .we were a party of 15 and everyone was very impressed by the space they offered and value for money .

The only downside was we have to leave by 10am which was very early and the apartments are self catering but had no time to make breakfast as there were 15 of us so all had to eat out

Great facility, friendly staff. We were given a late check out on request. Can't fault this place.

my complaint would be the sofa bed in 52f is not fit for purpose and myself and my husband had to sleep top to toe on it to prevent it from collapsing, luckily we were only staying 1 night

Location was excellent. Very clean and spacious.

The heating in our apartment was not working on a cold february weekend this is not ideal. It was freezing. There were no staff at all anywhere to be seen.

Very recently painted and smell of paint was nauseating( maybe another day not booked out and with windows open would have been fairer to guests) Pipes tapping above bedroom all night made for a very poor nights sleep The above sadly ruined what could have been a very pleasant stay

Everything was very modern and clean and kept to a good standard of working. Great location

Someone let themselves into our apartment while we were sleeping to read a meter, I of course stopped them and told them to come back another time. This should have been per organised with me.

Some of the crockery/cutlery was dirty/missing. Heating was erratic "out of set hours"

Location is excellent with parking close by. Close to main shopping area and short bus / train / car journey to Glasgow's main tourist attractions. High standard of fixtures and fittings in main bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen. Staff friendly and welcoming on arrival.

Nightclub situated to rear of suites on street running parallel with Glassford Street. Although every effort appears to have been made to reduce the effect of the nightclub, a quiet thumping of music could clearly be heard until 3am everynight. Also booking made as double and twin apartment, but they didn't have any available upon arrival so ended up with double-double apartment. Not ideal with 3 adults and 1 child. Decor of smaller double bedroom not up to standard of others and wardrobes were being used to store an old desk and broken chest of drawers - so nothing could be hanged. Finally no user guide present for operation of oven, washing machine etc which would have proven useful - and has been supplied at other apartments I have stayed at previously. Parking at nearby NCP car park is £12 per night, not £6 as stated on Booking.com website.

The location was really good and the suites were first class as were the staff.

Like a home away from home. Luxurious open plan lounge/kitchen area? Very private.

Bedroom a little small. Bed a bit uncomfortable.
