Lounge at front of apartment not suitable for sleeping in as too noisy from street below. Parking much more expensive than stated - £14.00 per night. No-one on duty on Sunday morning to swipe tokens for car park.

An excellent alternative to a conventional hotel right at the heart of the city making it a brilliant location for shopping and night life and far more relaxing than being in a hotel room. The lounge and kitchen facilities are excellent and the rooms first class.

My husband and I were travelling with our adult daughter and found the spaciousness of the suite gave us much needed room. Also, having been travelling for a couple of weeks, it was so great to have a kitchen and be able to make a home cooked meal. The suite was located right downtown, close to shopping and the train station. We all enjoyed ourselves and would recommend The Spires Serviced Suites to all. Thak you, Lois Napier

We enjoyed the Spires very much. The location was great and it was very spacious for 5 adults.

A bit of noise at night from bars and clus nearby but it did not spoil our stay. Our stay was mid week.

The apartment is modern and spacious and well fitted out.

We did have trouble with the tv but the receptionist came quickly to fix this. The only problem with the apartment was it was very hot with limited windows to open in the living area. Also as this apartment is on a main road, it shakes when ever a truck drives by, which is often.

O esquema de reserva e check-in funcionou mal. A recepção não está aberta fora das horas de expediente e por ter chegado ao Domingo encontrei- a fechada. Deveria ter recebido previamento um mail com as indicações para abrir a porta da rua e aceder ao cofre das chaves, mas tal não acorteceu. Para agravar a situação o numero de contacto fornecido, tem um esquema de atendimento automático para várias cidades onde a empresa tem alojamentos semelhantes, sendo que o de Glasgow se manteve indisponivel por muito tempo e os das restantes cidades não conseguiam contactar o staff. Com uma hora de paciencia e alguns telefonemas a situação foi ultrapassada.

Great location

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights with only positive feelings

Have stayed before, but this was the first time at their new location. I was slightly worried it might be noisy, as it was opposite bars, but this was not the case at all. Excellent location, round the corner from train station, many restaurants and very comfortable accomodation. Out of hour check in worked well.

Location is excellent. Apartment was amazing, so much space and the facilities were great.

There should be more staff on reception around 2pm when everyone can check in.

El apartamento es muy centrico, situado en una zona estupenda de la ciudad, puedes ir caminando a todos sitios, el ambiente de la zona es muy agradable. Es un apartamento espacioso, bien decorado

Creo que la limpieza es muy mejorable
