Central location Lounge at front of apartment not suitable for sleeping in as too noisy from street below. Parking much more expensive than stated - £14.00 per night. No-one on duty on Sunday morning to swipe tokens for car park.

An excellent alternative to a conventional hotel right at the heart of the city making it a brilliant location for shopping and night life and far more relaxing than being in a hotel room. The lounge and kitchen facilities are excellent and the rooms first class.

Ideal location Was in a large suite which was supposed to have 2 double bedrooms and a sofa-bed however no sofa bed only a blow-up mattress. Would have thought to be a luxury apartment all bedrooms would be en-suite.

I loved the fittings. Absolutely top class. Very clean flat when we arrived with towels for all 6 of us. I didn't like how there was a £250 deposit for the night... My card details were with them so surely nothing would have to be taken in advance.

My husband and I were travelling with our adult daughter and found the spaciousness of the suite gave us much needed room. Also, having been travelling for a couple of weeks, it was so great to have a kitchen and be able to make a home cooked meal. The suite was located right downtown, close to shopping and the train station. We all enjoyed ourselves and would recommend The Spires Serviced Suites to all. Thak you, Lois Napier

We enjoyed the Spires very much. The location was great and it was very spacious for 5 adults. A bit of noise at night from bars and clus nearby but it did not spoil our stay. Our stay was mid week.

The bath tub was amazing for a great relaxing soak! Bath salts would've topped it off. Also, the only criteria I had was a bathtub and I wanted to relax from my travels. The spaceous interior was contemporary in design, which I found quite homely. The kitchen was very well equiped. Staff were helpful in booking a cab, and advising of local directions / places of interest. There was no bright light for applying make-up on the mirror. It would've been great if there was a fresh pint of milk for the filtered coffee. Unfortunately, UHT milk does not do good coffee any justice. The biscuits were too sugary - suggestion is some apples and pears (or seasonal fruit) would've also been nice to include in a bowl as a healthier snack alternative. Wi-Fi was expensive.

The apartment is modern and spacious and well fitted out. We did have trouble with the tv but the receptionist came quickly to fix this. The only problem with the apartment was it was very hot with limited windows to open in the living area. Also as this apartment is on a main road, it shakes when ever a truck drives by, which is often.

I only liked the location. Other that that it is not worth the money charged. The reception closes early and no service on the week end until 11:00a.M. Has lots of space and a washing machine so a traveller can get their washing done. Occupants in apartment above had obviously come for a city break to party. Problem is the party went on all night and into mid morning.

Localização, relação qualidade preço, simplicidade do funcionamento e espaço no interior das suites. O esquema de reserva e check-in funcionou mal. A recepção não está aberta fora das horas de expediente e por ter chegado ao Domingo encontrei- a fechada. Deveria ter recebido previamento um mail com as indicações para abrir a porta da rua e aceder ao cofre das chaves, mas tal não acorteceu. Para agravar a situação o numero de contacto fornecido, tem um esquema de atendimento automático para várias cidades onde a empresa tem alojamentos semelhantes, sendo que o de Glasgow se manteve indisponivel por muito tempo e os das restantes cidades não conseguiam contactar o staff. Com uma hora de paciencia e alguns telefonemas a situação foi ultrapassada.

El apartamento es muy centrico, situado en una zona estupenda de la ciudad, puedes ir caminando a todos sitios, el ambiente de la zona es muy agradable. Es un apartamento espacioso, bien decorado Creo que la limpieza es muy mejorable

Perfectamente ubicado. En la pagina indicaban que se podia dejar el equipaje en recepcion una vez hecho el check-out siempre y cuando lo recogieras dentro del horario de recepcion pero al ir a preguntarselo a la chica de recepcion nos dijo que no se podia dejar,que no tienen sitio para dejar los equipajes.deberian de quitarlo de la pagina.

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was a surprise for his 40th birthday. And what a surprise it was, they had upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment on the top floor! The views were just amazing. Lovely spacious modern rooms, that are nicely decorated. The kitchen area had everything you needed to cook a meal, it had a huge fridge and even a dishwasher! It had 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath. The staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
