Just 150 ft from the seafront, The Tilstone Guest House offers full English breakfasts and wonderful sea views. The Victorian property features traditional rooms, free private parking and free Wi-Fi. All rooms offer free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms also have a digital TV, and hairdryer, and most have private bathrooms. Some rooms also offer magnificent sea or mountain views. A fresh, cooked breakfast is served daily in the traditional dining room, and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Located in Llandudno, The Tilstone is within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park. The medieval Conwy Castle is only 10 minutes away, and the center of Llandudno is just a 15-minute walk away. Located in a quieter part of Llandudno with good on street parking. Warm welcome from the owners and personally shown to a nice clean and warm room and good clean modern bathroom. Very good breakfast with a good selection to choose from. Overall, nothing whatsoever to complain about, very good value for money and if I happen to be in the area again I would happily book a room here.

Owners were extremely friendly. Howver,in my opion, there is an over- provision of bed and breakfast accommodation in Llandudno and it would be interesting to know whether the Councili recognises this issue and of so, how it is addressing it. Nothing except the under occupancy; my son and I were the only guests for a mid-Apri weekend.

The house is very clean and the room was well equipped for a b&B. The owner was very helpful and knowledgable on local places to eat etc. The location is good so long as you don't want to be in the centre of Llandudno; it has easy free parking in nearby roads.

A very nice friendly welcome ,home from home, comfortable bed,clean rooms,& a very good breakfast to start the day,coffee/tea in your room tv 2mins to the beech,we will certainly will be going back there . Mr Mrs John & Brenda Wright

The guest house was bright and spotlessly clean - the location was ideal - within easy walking distance of the town centre for shopping and the theatre and one minute from the sea front. We could see the sea and the Gt Orme and Little Orme from our bedroom window. The owner was very pleasant and the breakfast was 1st class. Finally the price was just right.

Really well looked after with a very friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and good home cooking. The location was perfect quiet and with a local shop/post office opposite. There was plenty of roadside parking with local bus service and a short walk into town.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Man merkte ihnen an, dass sie jeden Fremden zum Freund machen wollen. (Und das sogar ohne jede Einschränkung an ihrem 25. Hochzeitstag, wie wir erst später erfuhren)

Breakfast was very good The so called ensuite was way too narrow and too basic, toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was too low so you had to bend through your knees just to wash your hands.Breakfast starting at 8h3o was too late we thought.The room always felt very cold.It was quite a long walk from restaurants and pubs.
