Very nice staff attention. Hotel is simple, but there is some ammenities, wifi connection and free parking place, good price value. I can suggest to put a small table in single room. The bed is not very comfortable and make noise when you move.

staff was amazing.. really friendly.. the room had all the required needs and when you consider the price we paid, it was a good value for money. well located to old trafford and also very near to the bus and tram station. Breakfast is worth paying for. Room was very comfy and clean.

The location was good for me as it was near the hospital where my wife was having an operation. The staff were very helpful, especially arranging the taxis for me. The room was basic but comfortable and I appreciated the fact that they adhered to my request for a end of corridor quiet room. I think that the hotel could do with a little refurbishment although it was clean.

The tram service made it easy to get into the city centre. The hotel is pretty run down with Hodges diy repairs everywhere. The worst part was that it was dirty and there is no excuse for that. I was travelling with my 14 yr old son for a concert. We arrived early and were not allowed to check in or leave our bags. When we returned later I found reception being run from the bar and the room pretty grubby. Fortunately the linen was clean or I would not have stayed. I was aware Manchester United were playing at home the following day and the ground is very close so the hotel was full. I have little doubt that finding another room at such short notice with my son would be no easy task, that is the only reason I stayed. In the morning the breakfast was ok but again the cutlery was grubby. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Worn and well used is fine but there is no excuse for vomit stains in the bathroom, smelly carpets, stains in the seats and dirty crockery. Checkout in the morning was handing your key to the cook. No feedback forms or anyone in authority to complain to. Definitely one to miss!

great location very handy for transport links to city. Great showers and plenty of hot water, good tea /coffee and nice biscuits, in room, clean bedlinen and towels. Very quiet place and plenty of free parking, late bar!!! Lovely friendly staff. Very much in need of a complete refurb. Shabby carpets and damp walls with peeling paint and paper. And when it rained the roof leaked in my friends room and in ours. It would be a very cold place to stay in winter.

The exterior of the building and parts of the interior were really lovely. The bedding was clean and so were the towels. The tea and coffee making facilties were good. The room was tiny and when it rained there was a leak in the bathroom that kept me awake all night, the paper was peeling off the wall and the room was absolutely nothing like that shown on the advert.Overall the place needs a huge overhaul and refurbishment.

Staff very friendly and location and parking great. Being woken up at 6am on a Saturday by cleaners talking at the tops of their voices in reception which was near our room. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been.
