Trafford Hall Hotel  

The receptionist during the day and the gentleman covering the reception during the night were both extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, and spacious and homely.

I was informed that during the night when the reception was closed, I must go to the bar entrance to collect my key to return to my room, however we were late back and the bar was closed, which I was not informed of. Hence I was unsure of how to re-access the hotel. Luckily there was a gentleman at reception who allowed me back in the hotel, however I am unsure as to whether or not the man would be there all night?

The feeling of relaxation on entering through the doors and as a regular guest the feeling of familiarity. The staff,as usual,went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful.

Close to City Centre Low cost and convenient for short stay Parking on site and inclusive.

Hotel is very tired, in a shabby external and internal condition. Internal decor poor, but in general clean and for price just acceptable. Staff very pleasant and helpful which helped to lessen the tired and shabby appearance.

The friendliness of the staff was superb.

The bathroom was not cleaned after our first night and the towels were not changed but when we asked the receptionist for clean towels he was amazingly helpful with express service.

Location only Hotel needs updating . No resturaunt in evening , only breakfast served

The place is very run down, carpet, door locks, seats in bar all should have been replaced decades ago,

very reasonably priced, good location, nice sized room, well stocked bar, friendly staff.

Nothing the hotel dont already know, I suspect. Shower was no more than a dribble, public areas could do with an update/repair.

Excellent value hotel and very convenient for Manchester Metrolink for frequent and short journey to the city centre. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was really good. For just £7 this included a cooked breakfast - generous portion, and a help yourself buffet.

Friendly staff and ample car parking.

Needs upgrading. In room tv was not working properly, though that is going to be fixed. Basic, but adequate.
