Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good
The room could have done with more lighting!
Value for money Cleanliness
Reception welcome brilliant give Lucy some flowers, Valantines day and she wasn`t dated unlike the hotel. Cleaners do a good job although working in a tired hotel which is in need of a lick of paint at least.
Its basically a place to crash if my room was anything to go on. I was tired but not as much as the mattress and decor. All staff good but not miracle workers.
On arrival it was cold & felt damp, we went to the room which smelt of tobacco and the bedding looked dirty,Spoke to the guy who said some rooms were being renovated (we weren't shown any renovation)Eventually shown 2 more rooms which were in the same state in the last room I pulled down the quilt and there were hairs on the sheets, there was a cabinet in this room which was absolutely filthy We were told we could not get our money back either..............
Bar within hotel and local takeaways for food
Very nice & comfortable bed. Staff is helpful.
I booked Full English breakfast. Member of hotel rang me on the day of arrival & informed me that I'll receive Continental breakfast instead. Unfortunately I've been still charged for Full English breakfast which was more expensive. Also I was a bit disappointed with a bathroom - shower wasn't maintained for some time.
Good position for exploring the area
Comfortable with good sized Tv
Poor shower very weak, toilet rocks side to side as you sit on it.
Location to meet up with family for theatre trip Friendly staff
The hotel needs refreshing. No curtains or blinds on the bathroom window. Not enough accessible plug points
Ideal for a days shopping then a bite to eat and the cinema, a date night at the Trafford Centre 10 minutes down the road.
Drafty and cold rooms, the cooked breakfast was also cold and overcooked
Very helpful female staff in reception on both days. Perfect for parking and gettingvthe metro. Uni visit with my daughter would stay again as the price was so good
Lovely building but needs a few pounds spending on it. Lots of food on the cooked breakfast but didn't taste that great
No wi-fi access in the rooms
Friendly staff and Reception was very good on advice. Plenty of drinks and biscuits in the room. A reasonable choice for breakfast. The eggs were the best part of the cooked breakfast.
No heating in our bathroom or in the breakfast room. I could feel the springs in the mattress here and there. If the bar was closed we didn't get wi-fi.
- Room sucks, - Bathroom dirty and old, - Bed uncomfortable and dirty, - Walls are very thin and you can hear every single sound of your neighbor, Never stay and find another hotel!!!
The room service was nice.she's very polite and caring.
No restaurant in the hotel
Friendly helpful staff
Rooms and hotel rather dated though clean
there was'nt a bad thing we could say wrong about the hotel it was really clean staff very polite bedrooms very comfy
Staff they were so helpful
The room was so dusty and l got cold now,
The room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast was great. The location was ideal. easy to get to the city centre.
The room was freezing cold. We put the heater on but it was a small storage heater and it took a loooooong time for the room to warm up. we were cold for ages.
It is only a short walk from the Tram station about 3-5 mins and about 10-15 mins from Old Trafford football stadium.
Nothing. It was just a one night stop for the football.
Good breakfast.Good late bar but niot open on arrival.
Heater in room came on in room couldnt swirch off far too hot in night Shower very poor barely a trickle.Bar only open from 1730.
Close to old trafford
Hot water tap ran warm at best, dirty bath and flat pillows
hard to say.
i was in room 4 which was cold and i was woke up at 6am by the noisy extractor fans for the kitchen, which kept me awake for the next four hours.Bathroom was shabby,my friends were in room 26 ,that was small and cold. Just because this hotel is close to old trafford its not worth the price you pay. Will find another hotel next time.
Close to old trafford football ground
Rooms were freezin, view of the mechanic"s yard was great though, hotel was noisey and 1of the worst places ive stayed in.
Location Price but saw I could have stayed at ibis for less.
Room was cold on arrival but heater provided warmed the room well by the time I returned to sleep. The bar was supposed to be open till 4 am but was closed on my return at 3am.
