The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the cafetiere and the mini barrels holding the coffee :P Good location very close to town. The shower water pressure wasn't very good and the decor is a little dated.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable. It was great value for money. The breakfast was very good. It was close to places of interest. (Clifton bridge and SS Great Britain) and beautiful green spaces and parks. Not enough storage space.

Location was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a nightmare as I was in a van because it was not possible to access the car park via the tight alleyway at the rear of the hotel. Felt like I was in a fairly shabby room in the basement which definitely required a bit of a refurb....as did some of the other areas of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed sheets weren't very clean. The shower didn't work. We stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the hotel and the gates opening and closing were very noisy.

Good balance between price and quality. Great for what we needed and we would certainly stay there again - except we just bought a house in Bristol. Very fit for purpose. Didn't like, well not really - but getting in or out of the car park can be pain when people park outside the gate. But not really your fault. Charge for wi-fi seems a bit outdated and only really works for international visitors. Locals get connected via mobile tariff or their BB supplier. Use a password for security but give it with the room key and change every 24 hours or something.
