24 hour reception with helpful efficient informed staff serving staff did a great job but breakfast facilities too small and cramped. As I was on business and working to a schedule I would have been very annoyed if I had had to wait for a table as some guests had to. |

The price was fairly decent for the amenities provided. The breakfast was very good. It's walking distance to the university. harder to find this hotel as it was located in a smaller unconventional street layout. |

Pretty decent and well located hotel. Staff were very helpful and there were good optiond for the breakfast. Loud noises coming from the street at night, room was a little bit hot (could do with a fan). |

great full English breakfast, free newspaper delivered to door at dawn, helpful and friendly receptionist, incredibly great value for the money when compared to the much more expensive chain hotels. |

The hotel was more like a hostel I would not stay here again Everything, blankets on the bed, no lift being pregnant with a sleeping toddler on the top floor with no help, breakfast delivered with items missing only to be told when I questioned they had ran out. Not a nice place to stay tatty and tired in need of renovation |

the price for the wi-fi connection was very high and the connection was blocked after 125 mb of usage. i could not even listen the news for 10 mins. |

Conveniently situated. Wonderful cooked breakfast enhanced by Bob Dylan in background. Clean comfortable room. The shower in room 40 is useless! Scalding hot or icy cold, and no pressure. |

I felt the staff member on reception was very informative and helpful. The provision of a couple of pieces of fruit in the room was a welcome addition. |

I liked the location, the warm welcome and the prompt service in the hotel However, the second morning of my stay, i had some problems in the restaurant as the service was really slow and i had to leave without eating the breakfast. |
