The views and restaurant + friendly staff. Wish I'd thought to up-grade to a room with a view. Cracked basin in en-suite

Very friendly staff. Lovely bar area and food was excellent. Room a bit hot and difficult to open window as noisy outside from heating unit/generator. Was a very last minute booking.

This hotel is one of the friendliest, well run, comfortable and value for money I have stayed in. The staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. We had a problem with noise in our room, and we were moved to another room with no fuss and without having to justify the reason. The standard of the hotel and its staff are definitely 5 star and I will certainly be back. Absolutely nothing.

Pretty location on the bank of the Ness, yet no distance from City centre. Excellent food and range of meals. Good value. Soundproofing could be better.

Centrality and convenience. Clean and comfortable. Excellent evening meal. Silk orchids! They looked beautiful. Stair carpet - pattern awkward for judging steps.

close proximity to city centre. Ideal for bars and live music evenings. Bed was uncomfortable, creaky. Bathroom a wee bit on the small size and we weren't a big couple.. tea and coffee facilities under bed side table which we needed to move to plug kettle in.. once we found it.. room overlooked roof of building and some other windows.

The rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly - the breakfast was delicious and a huge choice. The bar closing at 11.00pm prompt which gave us no time to have a drink and a chat with friends after the Accordion & Fiddle Club ended.

Room was comfortable and very spacious. One problem we had, was that we were directly above the kitchen area, and at around 0700 they put the radio on. Now a relaxed weekend to me is having a layin in the morning. This did not happen.

The staff, all of them, but because we had more contact with the dining area staff, could not be faulted for their consideration and attention, not too over the top but just right. We were having a weekend of two different performances at Eden Court Theatre and the Waterside could not have been better placed for our purpose. We will definitely be staying there again!!!!! There was nothing to dislike.

I was totally chilled out when I visited. Lovely fire. Room was immaculate. Not being able to check out before 7.15am but may have been my fault as should have paid the bill the evening before.
