The hotel was lovely and very modern The bottle of champagne on arrival was not in the room, there was a cheap bottle of white wine, i complained and they replaced it with champagne. However, upon booking the hotel with booking.com it did state on the website that this would be a luxury room with heated floor, dressing gowns, slippers etc. This was not the case and we were in a small standard room facing the motorway which was noisy and an awful view. The hotel would not do anything about this. Based on this i was not happy with the room |

The room and the bathroom are spacious. The gym, swimming, sauna & steam room were relaxing The changing room for the swimming is all open plan, I do not think it is right getting changed where there are young children. |

The setting was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The mens toilets in the reception area were a total disgrace. All of the toilets in the cubicles were blocked for the entire duration of my stay. I checked out early in the morning and hence could not use my toilet in my room so i visited the hotels toilet in reception and they were still all blocked from the night before. I Subsequently i had to use the disabled toilet on the ground floor. |

The hotel has good facilities and is very comfortable and everything in the rooms is of good quality and condition. The service in the bars/restaurants can at times be painfully slow. |

Comfort of room and facilities for relaxation. Pleasant view from room window. Helpfulness of reception staff. Resturant staff in Grill Room did not serve main course of meal ordered for almost two hours. However, I was not charged for starter and two drinks as compensation for delay. |

The hotel rooms are of an excellent standard with a good quality finish to the bedroom and bathroom This hotel let itself down so badly on the quality of service, the quality of the food, so much so taht we received compensation and watched as five other tables complained about their service, their food, the length of time, what a let down for a quality hotel. |

Good pool and gym.Generally a nice hotel reception staff were ok. Long Corridors made a strenuous walk to the room especially when the electronic key didnt work every TIMEand Every day we returned to the room. The shower door seal was loose and flooded the bathroom. The undefloor heating never worked .faults reported on day 1 but not fixed or mentioned again.restaurant staff are inefficient and often messed up the orders . |

Lots to do & plenty of variety. Excellent accomodation & food. Location of hotel good too - near enough to rosad but no noise & beautiful hillside. Caters for disabled people - a good plus No mention anywhere of need to inform hotel of feeding times for the dinner part of the package, & how the system worked re the menu!Other than that nothing |
