Friendly & accommodating staff. Cental location and easy motorway access to major cities, shopping and tourist attractions. Breakfast. Free parking. Almost daily conferences held in the main reception area and lounge that denied the use of the facilities to paying guests. The decorating being done, by one person, in the corridor areas created a lot of dust and a physical barrier. The poor condition of internal and external common areas. The quality of food in room service.

I have stayed here before because it is convenient for my business. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable The golf course is in very poor order though I understand it is in the end of winter. The food is just ok really not cheap and no great choice. The staff want to shut up shop before the guests want to go to bed which is concerning for a quality hotel

The lovely view and we had a lovely quiet room. Enjoyed the Spa/Pool. It was rather busy in carpark and as I have a blue badge I could not get a disabled space as 2 cars were in illegally parked and no badge should be ashamed of themselves. Breakfast we had to wait for more food being put out which was overcooked

Staff were good, food and health centre facilities When we first got there, we were disappointed, the hotel wasn't as nice as it looked in photos. The room was a little tired. I would say it is really a 3* rather than a 4*. It is a very big hotel and the layout is strange i.e. you have to go through a restuarant to get to the gym. That said, the hotel grew on us - the staff were friendly and helpful, the gym and pool were good and the food was very nice. The location isn't great - on the side of the M80 with nothing in walking distance.

The menu and quality of the food. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we came across during our stay. Very poor mattress, we changed room when first complained but the second room was just as bad. There are sodium flood lights at the front of the building on one end which shine right up into the rooms. We asked if they could be turned off at midnight but were told they cannot be turned off ??? This I cannot believe. Some areas could do with some TLC and there was not enough attention paid to detail.
