The decor was to a high and comfortable standard. Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant manager Mark. The spa facilities were also extensive. |

Good pool and gym.Generally a nice hotel reception staff were ok. Long Corridors made a strenuous walk to the room especially when the electronic key didnt work every TIMEand Every day we returned to the room. The shower door seal was loose and flooded the bathroom. The undefloor heating never worked .faults reported on day 1 but not fixed or mentioned again.restaurant staff are inefficient and often messed up the orders . |

Lots to do & plenty of variety. Excellent accomodation & food. Location of hotel good too - near enough to rosad but no noise & beautiful hillside. Caters for disabled people - a good plus No mention anywhere of need to inform hotel of feeding times for the dinner part of the package, & how the system worked re the menu!Other than that nothing |

It was excellent value for the money we paid. As far as I'm aware we got a special offer and I think that it is usually a bit more expensive. However you get what you pay for and everything from the room to the food is of the highest quality. |

the service in the main restaurant was poor at breakfast and unorganised at dinner.the lack of choice from the bar/grill menu was poor and i ordered grilled chicken but it was boiled so the menu was misleading |

Nice big room, very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very rude and the administration not well managed. Checking in took an hour because they had all sorts of problems and in the end they gave us a twin room instead of a double room that we had booked. |

our two night stay was fantastic, very relaxing and cozy. The room was brill very open and spacious. we would defo go back!! i would say some of the resteraunt staff in the bar and grill they didnt look happy as if they couldnt be bothered and we where waiting a while before a drinks order was taken. Also the choice of food was limited, but in saying that the food was nice and some of the staff were very friendly. |
