Fair value for money. Good location to N.E.C. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. No evening meal on Sundays can be irritating.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, also the food was good in the grill restaurant. Our room was in a house next door and to be honest the room needs some attention. Wallpaper coming away from the wall, the flooring in the bathroom did not reach the skirting board and there were a few other minor points that I noticed.

The staff at The Westley Hotel are superb, nothing was too much troubled for them and they never made you feel you were a nuisance. Every time I have stayed at the Westley and I have been coming to the Hotel every year(since 1999) I have always been impressed with the quality of the staff. They make your stay a pleasure. Very sorry but I did not like the Grill menu. When I first started to stay at The Westley there was the Carvery which was excellent. Food well cooked and tasty, nicely presented. I always enjoyed my meals and judging by the crowds usually there, so did everyone else. Last year it became more formal but was still quite enjoyable, although there were very long waits between courses. But the Grill and I did not seem to click! Sorry.

“We really liked the design and feel of the hotel and the wet room was excellent, although I am glad there is at least a little privacy provided by the frosted glass. It was an easy walk to the city centre whilst there were numerous pubs and restaurants on the hotels doorstep.” Mark, Oxford |
