The room was large and very comfortable. We were given a room in the annexe which was a separate building, very quiet and away from any noise of wedding receptions or parties. Good carpark. Friendly staff. Good breakfast where you could help yourself.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, also the food was good in the grill restaurant. Our room was in a house next door and to be honest the room needs some attention. Wallpaper coming away from the wall, the flooring in the bathroom did not reach the skirting board and there were a few other minor points that I noticed.

An extremely comfortable well run hotel - a haven of calm after the hustle and bustle of the NEC for 3 days. Room very well appointed and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was excellent - staff superb - we ate in every night. Breakfast excellent - staff very attentive. Ideal location for the NEC In fact a very happy experience - we will be back next year. The extractor fan outside our room (No 17) could have been a problem but was switched off about 10pm. Restricted choice on the restaurant menu, perhaps a daily special would have helped. We ran out of what we liked.
