Staff made us welcome from the start.All queries were sorted immediately.Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive and the meal we had was delicious and very good value.No negatives. The snow! |

Nice bathroom, newly decorated. Duty manager was very helpful. No lift!! Plus the young receptionist was not very professtional, no information for the berakfast, and no cot after ahe had been asked 3 times. |

Breakfast was good in parts. Unable to get anything to eat except sandwich having arrived after 10.00p.m. Noisy extractor outside room window. Expensive for what it was. |
