Rooms and breakfast were very nice, lovely walk to beach.bus service good everybody we met was friendly. It said it was 1.5 miles from station but theres no way, we walked fast for nearly an hour and we were still nowhere near it so had to get a taxi,Highcliffe town is hopeless so you really need a car!

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice for food too. Will return if i'm in the area again. No negatives at all.

Very pleasant, just friendly enough, owners. Breakfast was excellent and varied, a mixture of ordering and buffet. Room was perfect size for us; very clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location, 5 mns away from the beautiful Highcliffe coast (would also recommend the Cliffhanger restaurant). Brilliant value for money. We loved our stay. The shower was a bit old and changed from very warm to cold, which in February was a bit unpleasant but still very functional. Breakfast from 8 to 9 is a bit early; we leave home at 7.15 everyday and a bit of a lie- in on holidays would have been nice but no big deal (and it allowed us to have fantastic walks along the coast in the morning).

we had stayed here 18 months ago and were very pleased that The White House had retained it's standards and value for money. The White House is very clean; lovely, and very helpful owners and a great tasty breakfast to see us on our way.

Proper light bulbs, not saver bulbs Plastic bed sheets for the incontinent. They charge a single room supplement although the prices are per room including breakfast, not per person. So if you have single occupancy you are financially penalised for only using one breakfast meal. It is cheaper to bring your imaginary friend!

It was a htypical britsh b&B. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating and the rooms were very clean. The area is more syited to an older generation abd a bit dated. Although there was something quite chsarming about the area

All was clean Car parking is a nightmare- down a long very narrow dark alleyway. Cost me over £200 for broken door mirror. OK for "Smart" cars. Clean but a bit tired.
