on site parking, clean, reasonable price, short walk to sea (10min) location on main road, breakfast on day one looked good but all items either over or under cooked. Sundays much better. Thought Saturday breakfast too early for a weekend break (8-9) although Sunday was better at 8.30 to 9.30

Very poor accomodation, shower filthy with other peoples hair! Shower head filthy and not working correctly, shower tray did not drain properly.Room very noisy from traffic, breakfast very poor and over cooked. Not worth the £79 a night price tag, especially when you cant check in untill 16.30 and must check out by 10.30. The premier inn down the road would have been a better choice.

Lovely stay at this family-run B&B which was cozy and welcoming. The room is nice and comfortable. OK sized and very well furnished. Breakfast is superb. Location is great. I would totally recommend it. As a constructive comment, I would only suggest a slight upgrade on the bathroom facilities (maybe bigger and newer towels?)

The friendly, helpful staff. You were really made to feel welcome. The bedroom felt like a boutique hotel. Not at all like a traditional b&B.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff very obliging as to choice or variations to the menu. I would have liked a lounge where we could sit rather than have to stay in the bedroom.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfasts, rooms nice and clean. Very difficult to lock our room door. Lock was right next to the door jam and had great difficulty fitting the key in the lock and turning it.

Lovely friendly B&B near the beach, nice breakfast cooked to order. Cannot fault cleanliness or facilities. Not sure why some people said it was noisy; you could hardly call it "near a main road" or say Hinton Admiral was busy by any normal standards. Also some reviews complained about breakfast time but I think they have changed them as it was 8.30-9.30 on Sunday. Would have given it excellent for value for money as well except we booked for bank holiday weekend at the last minute so perhaps could have got a better deal :)
