It was a great location for my work, so when I arrived and saw the beautiful and tasteful furnishings it made my trip even more pleasant. They were also very helpful in printing out driving instructions for me to my place of work, and also serving breakfast before the designated time, so I could have breakfast before starting work. An excellent place to stay which I highly recommend! My bathroom was on the tiny side and if I'd been larger it could have been a problem, but it was compensated by the other excellent facilities.

Elegant little Hotel situated in a lovely street in the Uplands of Swansea. Cosy atmosphere. Both the room and bathroom were very clean with nice furnishings. Perfect for a short weekend or to stay overnight if you are visiting the surrounding area. We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely old victorian house in the bohemian quarter of Swansea, with an intimate boutique style. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the little individual touches such as local papers, chocolates and good selection of drinks and biscuits in the room were very much appreciated. Breakfast was freshly prepared from quality ingredients. Limited number of rooms so not a 'busy' hotel - and although full when we stayed not noisy at all. An absolute gem of a place and worth going back to. Parking is on the road outside - and could have been tricky - but a very minor negative.

Full of character appropriate to its Victorian architecture and location. All amenities provided free of charge - wifi, soft towels, chocolate, coffee and tea in room, huge breakfast and friendly, efficient staff. Lovely soft bed and linen. Would put a lot of large hotels to shame!

It was a bed for the night. The family room was quite cramped. Breakfast was very good. The beds. The decor in the bed room was quite dated.

Clean, warm friendly welcome, good facilities in the room, very good breakfast, conveniently located for places to eat out in the evening, nice ambience in an older property. Value for money. Early morning noise penetrating the room for several minutes (possibly from an extractor fan/duct?) No outlook from the room.

Excellent staff, cheerful and helpful. And made us breakfast even though we were a bit late. Location is good for Swansea and Gower Peninsular exploration. If you plan on walking downtown be in decent shape and injury free, it's a climb to get back. Close to the university district, so the streets are quite loud on weekend nights.

The White House was beautifully decorated and clean. We were met with a warm welcome by the owners, and shown to a lovely room, which was perfect for our stay. Breakfasts were a joy with something for everybody. A relaxing lounge was perfect for chilling or watching the world go by outside.

“We were given a very warm greeting by our hostess. All aspects of the available facilities were explained as well as advising what was available locally. Our room was spotless, the shower was excellent and easy to control. Breakfast was absolutesly faboulous and the food was prepared for us at the time we ordered.
