It is a traditional syle inn so was very cosy. The room was lovely with comfy beds and they even set up a sofa bed for our daughter even though we had brought her readybed. We ate in the inn in the evening which was very good pub grub. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for the manager. We are already planning our next stay. The only slight downside was our room was above the inn so was a bit noisy until just after midnight. However it was a friday night and there was a function on downstairs so it is probably quieter normally. |

The accomodations were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was incredibly delicious and the staff was genuinely nice and helpful. This was the best place we stayed during a 3 week trip around Great Britain. |

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. Room adequate. Charge for extra bed added at end without any notification. Room was cold and heating was not going through radiators in the room, extra heater provided did not have a base so was a little worrying. There were inadequate seals around the shower floor. |

The food and wine was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was large and there was a hair drier. The staff were friendly. The bath still had a ring around it from the previous occupant. |

Our stay was excellent. We had a decent room, the service was good. We had dinner for us and family - who live in Frome - which was good. The breakfast was excellent with good choices, fresh pastries and a lovely fry up! Booking in and out was quick and efficient. There seemed to be 3 evening menus and we weren't shown one. Too much choice for too few staff at dinner perhaps - a smaller menu would sem to be more efficient. |

Lovely attic room with up to date decor, comfy bed and white crispy sheets. Great bar food with a roaring fire in the bar and absolutely lovely breakfast! Tiny bathroom with exposed beams and sloping roof - not very comfortable if you are over 5ft 5in although adequate facilities! |
