Stayed here last year and obviously was good value, good old fashioned place to stay. Clean sheets, friendly staff. I was able to choose from the menu and select time I wanted to eat, the food was fabulous, portions more than you eat and service was excellent. I will definitely stay again if I need to go back to Hartlepool

there was no smoking signs in the room and my collegue smoked 2 cigarettes, The owner never mentioned no smoking in the room and charged me £100 for room cleaning as he had the window open when he smoked the 2 cigarettes. As they were only 2 guest rooms taken i think they needed more money, so £180 for b&b for 2 persons

Breakfast was average Not a friendly welcome No heating on in room in arrival Even though heating on never got remotely warm This is Not a 4 star hotel as avertidesed As a worker who lives away and regularly uses booking.com this is the worst hotel I have stayed in a do not wish this on any other human being or animal

Location-very near to all restaurents Un welcoming staff, stone faced.Poor dining room- No juice even-leave alone the choice or variety. Poor choice of bread- only white- no brown given or even asked for.Not even asked how many toast I wanted-instead gave 1 slice cut to half- I was not even sure whether I can ask for more as the host was no where to be seen in the dining room after serving you- would I need to go their quarters to find them if I want an extra slice? Or juice?

We found the hotel to be clean and functional. Breakfast was very good, parking was poor,and I dont believe we would stay there ahain as I believe there would be the same facilities at better rates within the localarea.

餐厅设计还行 价格贵,服务不好，服务人员就是房东和一个女性(不知道是否他夫人),尤其是这位女性服务态度不好.房间灰尘很多,到了餐厅,餐厅的盘子也都是灰尘.有所谓的评奖吸引大家去住,根本就不应该是四星.一星或两星最多,但价格是四星的昂贵价格.

Decent beds, flat screens with digital channels, good bathroom facilities, good breakfast. Strange owners. At breakfast there was another table of guys who were obviously away on business and they openly remarked at how odd the owners were towards residents. Wouldn't stop me staying there, but a point definitely worth noting!

Its location was very convenient Receptionist/owner gave me and my partner a very frosty reception on arrival. Room was cold, even with heating on. Unpleasant smell of garlic coming from downstairs, room smelt of this.
