fordelen ved dette hotel er at det er lejligheder med mulighed for at lave egen mad samt have lidt privat liv når man rejser som familie. Derudover ligger der et stort supermarked - Tesco, som har åbent 24 timer lige ved siden af hotellet

Der mangler information til hotellets gæster på alle områder. En gæstemappe med disse informationer ville være yderst belejligt. Derudover burde personalet undevises i at simpel kundeservice. Til de små ting, så burde køleskabslågen vendes så det kan åbnes uden besvær.

kindness of hotel staff and facilities

I found the position of the hotel convenient and the studio apartment quite comfortable and clean

I was not happy that we had to pay to have clean towels in our room this was not mentioned on any data that I read on either the internet or hotel literature

The two bedroom "room" had two bedrooms and two shower rooms - very helpful. The design is very modern and stylish. The hotel is very new and new apartments were still being built.

There were a few 'glitches' but, in most cases they were fixed promptly by willing & cheerful staff. They were not able to persuade the AC to work during our visit.

location is not bad.

It is announced as a 4 star alternative to a hotel, but it is not. Rooms are not cleaned daily and it order to have our towels changed we needed to go to reception and ask few times about it. Bedding also is not changed. Despite the fact that our stay was fully prepaid this dormitory wanted to debit our card for unclear future services... At the same time they do not have any additional paid services such as swimming pool, restaurant or similar. At the end it is not alternative to anything and I would not recommend it to anybody. Only if somebody is completely homeless...

The modern apartment was equiped with everything needed, the location near to Earl's Court underground and the price/value ratio made it a perfect choice for a long weekend in London

The light in the bathroom is switched on automatic, with no chance to turn it off manually. This is disturbing in the night, if you use the toilet, the light is on for at least 12 minutes before it is switched out again. As there is a glass-door, it kept me awake

rooms are clean and the kitchen facilities are great.

the light at the corridor is a bit dark and the sound-active light in the shower room is no very useful since it often turn off during the shower and we have to open the door to active the light.

The staff were very helpful and understanding

Appartments are new, white goods in appartments were really handy, bus transport was right outside the door and a leisurely 5 minute walk to the underground.Quiet location but still close to the food and shopping locations. 24hr Tesco a block away is really handy.

Units within the complex are still being completed, not a problem if you are out all day, but if you require a rest during the day can be annoying. This Is pointed out on Think Earls Court website, but not the Bookings.com website. Could not use mobile telephone within the unit. Air conditioning was weak, lucky it was not hot.

The location is convenient to the Earl's Court tube station and a Tesco supermarket. The tube station provides easy, frequent access to the sites of London via the District or Piccadilly lines or to Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly line. The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and modern, with good beds, a nice fridge/freezer combo, an easy-to-use stand-up shower, and many floor-to-ceiling windows. We ate a lovely neighborhood gastropub called the Abingdon ~ 5 min walk from the hotel; other restaurants in the Kensington High Street area were a > 15 min walk away.

While it is considered a serviced apartment, not all "basic" need items are included, such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, or extra garbage bags. This is not a problem because there is a Tesco 1 block away, but it is something that you need to know about the accommodations.
