Think Earls Court / Kensington181-183 Warwick Road, Kensington, W14 8PU London (Show map) Very good, Score from 708 reviews“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem.”

Padiham Lancashire

First the name itself was unique. "Think" Well the room rate is what lured me to this Hotel/Apartment. I was very pleased of the outer appearance of this hidden jewel. The staff was very professional and provided information on the best Fish & Chips and Indian food within walking distance. There is a Large Tesco grocery open 24 hours next to this hotel. The looby,Elevator "lift" , the Room/Apartment, the fridge, eating utinsils to the cooking utinsils was spotless. Very classy. And I had an ironing board with an iron inside the closet. Needless to say,I was very impressed with my stay here at The Think Hotel. Hmmm.. If there is anything that I didn't like would be that this Hotel did not have any bar soap. Only liquid shampoo. So, I walk over to the Tesco store next door to purchase a bar of soap. In other words I really don't have any complaints. I just wanted to honor this site by responding to their question.

Apartment accommodation rather than hotel suits me best. Ability to cook simple meals at night after a day of sightseeing etc. especially handy with children. Location is good and access to tube is very handy, however very close to major road / intersection. The lack of basic facilities in an apartment such as dishwashing liquid, dish cloths etc. Rather hard to keep kitchen clean without some cleaning products and I don't feel that clients should have to buy such items for short stays.

The bedrooms were far too small and the 2 bedroom apartment was not at all suited to young children both in space for a cot and safety.

Great Location, next to Tescos and close to the metro. Bathroom was nice and shower had good pressure. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Walls were too thin, could hear people walking up and down the hall and slamming doors all morning, cupboards were really annoying to close they kept popping open, washing machine took about 4 hours on an 'express wash' Some of the staff were a bit rude and would only call us the expensive cabs. 3pm Check in was annoying.

Part of the unprofessional, unkind, ignorant staff. I booked a doubleroom...arrived with my colleague at 12am, left the baggages, went to wokr and after 6 hours when we came back we got a queen bed, no 2 single beds. They arranged with a small child bed for the 1st night, and we had to pay extra for the 2nd night. Don't leave on the ground the shower towels, they would not change them daily.

We stayed with Think Apartments for 5 days. We were upgraded to Think London Road, the apartment was lovely and the staff extremely helpful in particular as we decided to move back to our original booking to Earls court due to the Location, The staff offered to pay for our taxi there, it was a nice gesture. We felt comfortable in general and with all the amenities it offered. If we intend to return back to London, we will definitely choose Think again. Or recommend our friends.

Check-in staff. No attention to detail. Critical extra information not provided. No front door key given. We ended up locked out of our apartment block at 11:30pm because we were not told it would be locked outside of business hours and we needed an extra key to get into the block and only the apartment door key was given at check-in.

Hi, I liked everything, it's so nice there. The rooms are very clean, I'm a very clean person & I couldn't find any faults. I didn't want to leave, I can't wait to go back there in feb & april & the golden jubilee.. You can walk to west end it's about hour walk, but you can visit harrords on the way, and see some nice attractions along the way.

It was a very modern place, me and my partner both agreed that kind of room would be perfect for living in! The price was reasonable considering I booked it over a week before we were coming to stay. Very nice and quite clean also, I would definitely stay again if I had a chance to again. There weren't much cutlery/glasses in the room we were in - which didn't bother us that much but for future reference I would recommend they should get some more cutlery in. Took us about 2 minutes to find the fridge (which was a giggle at the same time), the walls were a bit thin and occasionally one of the doors were difficult to shut. Not very big on the location, the view we got we could see through other peoples flats which is a little disturbing. Apart from that, it's a grand place.

It was clean and comfortable and well located. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the housekeeping staff werent too friendly and seemed more interested in gossiping with each other in the hallways instead of assisting guests. Think small basics also need to be included like tissues and washing detergent for the washer dryer

Very modern, clean and spacious "city apartments". Truly ideal for a city trip, esp. Nowadays that most hotels stopped serving "complementary" breakfast: you can just cook your tea and make your eggs&bacon (which you buy at the Tesco next-door) yourself. With the provided utensils you won't really be able to cook a full 3-course meal, but for breakfast and an easy lunch (E.G. pasta) it will do. We had a cozy bed, a spacious (!and this in London!) bathroom, and a large kitchen+living area with a sofa and tv. Even the price was ok for the location and time of the year. We loved it! If you are planning to stay for more than 3 nights and/or plan to cook more than just breakfast, you should call and ask what utensils are there, how much it would cost to have room service more often than once a week, etc.

Nicely decorated rooms, tescos next door was handly, well mannered staff, convinient to have a self contained appartment with cooking facilities. Quite a far walk from earls court station and bars, lack of clean towels on a daily basis, uncomfortable bed.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen which is very convenient. Furthermore, the Tesco nearby is open 24h. It is perfect as a small fully furnished apartment near the city center. Underground is quite close as well. The walls are relatively thin and expect to hear other people from neighboring rooms or in the corridor.

Location is very good only 8 mins walk to earls court train station which is on the line which runs from the airport. Its in zone 2 which enables you to buy a zone 1 & 2 ticekt and travel as much as you want via bus or train to all touristy destinations. There is a tesco 2 mins away so great for all food shopping. Rooms very spacious and modern. Security is at the hotel over night very safe area to stay in and for london prices jsut right Staff could do a bit more in regards to check in early if possible like offering to call you on your mobile if room is ready early.

The location is close to Earl's Court station and right next to a tesco. The room is a good size but the sensor lights bothered me a lot since it keeps turning off when i'm taking a shower. The motion detector just doesn't work in the bathroom! I have to keep raising my hand to activate the light. Since it is an apartment, it has a washing machine and dryer which is good if you plan to stay for a while in london. The staff and the security guard (who only appears at some evenings) is not very friendly though. That thing is for sure. They can do better than that.
