Very good,

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem.”

First the name itself was unique. "Think" Well the room rate is what lured me to this Hotel/Apartment. I was very pleased of the outer appearance of this hidden jewel. The staff was very professional and provided information on the best Fish & Chips and Indian food within walking distance. There is a Large Tesco grocery open 24 hours next to this hotel. The looby,Elevator "lift" , the Room/Apartment, the fridge, eating utinsils to the cooking utinsils was spotless. Very classy. And I had an ironing board with an iron inside the closet. Needless to say,I was very impressed with my stay here at The Think Hotel. Hmmm.. If there is anything that I didn't like would be that this Hotel did not have any bar soap. Only liquid shampoo. So, I walk over to the Tesco store next door to purchase a bar of soap. In other words I really don't have any complaints. I just wanted to honor this site by responding to their question.

Apartment accommodation rather than hotel suits me best. Ability to cook simple meals at night after a day of sightseeing etc. especially handy with children. Location is good and access to tube is very handy, however very close to major road / intersection. The lack of basic facilities in an apartment such as dishwashing liquid, dish cloths etc. Rather hard to keep kitchen clean without some cleaning products and I don't feel that clients should have to buy such items for short stays.

Not being a huge fan of sitting on my own with a paper in a restaurant, the apartment idea was very attractive. This one was excellent - clean, functional, near to supermarket, tubes and Earls Court. I stayed 4 nights and saved a huge amount of money on food, by not eating out. Hard to recommend it more highly. The only niggle was the obsessive use of push-release catches on all cupboards and drawers. They each required a slightly different pressure to be applied in order to work, which became rather frustrating.

The Think Apartments are great, they offer good value for money, a nice location in the centre of London close to the Tube with all facilities for a longer stay, even for a few nights. The beds were very good and there is ample living space, even for a family of 4, especially when you know what the hotel rooms are like in London.

When I checked I was allocated a room. On opening the door another guest was already in the room. Staff gave me another room but this room had no mobile signal at all. (I was on call)! And the heating did not work

I liked the fact it was very clean and up to date with Decor & Great price. The Oven was a bit of a pain though, we had to keep resetting it when things were in it! But apart from that Great place to stay.

I was very impressed with the layout of the apartment, the facilities and the service. We received a phone call from Reception shortly after our arrival to check that we were happy with the apartment which I thought was a great touch. And of course the location was marvellous ! Initially I found the self-opening doors and drawers on wardrobes and cupboards a great idea, however this soon wore off every time I went near them because they kept opening which was rather irritating after a while, especially the lower ones that caught my feet. Also, some doors took a great deal of persuasion to open which was frustrating.

Perfect location for working at Olympia, and then either self cater or plenty of nice restaurants in Earls Court. No dearer than a hotel but much more flexible - have what you want for breakfast without having to get up. Nice to have seperate sleeping and eating/relaxing area. Will use when next attending a show in the area.

We had a lovely time. The only problem we had was a non-working washer/dryer in unit. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. I would highly recommend your place to others. Thank you. The washer/dryer not working.

Easy access to transport. The Travelcard and the Oyster card made travelling to the city quick and simple. A Tesco store around the corner was very helpful, 3 bus lines at the tube entry took us in 5 mins to the apt although it was 10 mins walk but the cold days weren't an invitation to walk that distance! The stuff was extremely helpful and kind and the kitchen was well equipped. The security system made impossible any uninvited entry to the room. In summary, i would recommend this place to everybody who wants a no hazzle stay at one of the most beautiful cities in the world at an affordable price.

There was no safe nor a microwave in the apartment. Also, at the price they should clean the apartment more than just once a week

Our time at Think Earls Court / Kensington was very enjoyable. The bed was very very comfortable. The facilities in the room were good and had all that we required. The only points I would raise would be there were some large cracks on the livingroom wall and the shower room requires attention under the sink by the bin. We had a lovely time in London and you respected my wishes to be placed in a quiet room. Thank you Suzanne

Apartment was very small and cramped. Completely inadequate clothes storage space. Cannot understand how it is rated 4 star when it is so small. Couch sat is about 250mm from floor. They insist you check out at 10.00 which we found highly unusual - noon is normal and fair.

The hotel is located near to everything. Tescos is right next door. Buses, trains and taxis are on your doorstep. The room was small but had everything we needed, was perfect for two girls and in a safe area to get around London. The taxi firm the hotel use charges double for local journeys. We ordered a taxi to Chiswick and a normal £10 journey cost us £22. We complained and ended up getting a late check out and a taxi to Liverpool Street to make up for it. So thank you to the Hotel Manager Anna for that.
