A good alternative to the majority of overpriced London hotels. Good value for money. Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and knowledgable. A bit more care needs to be put into maintaiing the rooms as well. For the moment everything is nice and moden but unless better care is taken it will not take long for ths place to look old and tatty. |

Quiet location, independence to prepare own food, sleep in and work using cable internet Receptionist was uninformed when I asked if the rooms have DVD player, told me no. It was only after second day I discovered built in player in TV. Also the key card was tricky to operate - usually took three tries to open door. |

The self contained basis of the unit was good and functional No toiletries (hand soap etc) supplied which you would expect from even the most basic of hotels. More importantly, no advanced advice that you needed to bring your own! |

The apartment was excellent, the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms... Everything was new, clean and very comfortable. I missed bathroom toiletries as shampoo, hands shoap or shower gel. |

Th appartment was big enough. We arrived at 14.05 and had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. We got no receipt for the luggage we left at a room with no lockers. |

The apartment was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was a few minutes walk from the tube station. The facilities were high calibre and in perfect maintenance. I would recommend this hotel (and already have) Would have prefered a later checkout of 12 |

I called and asked about reserving a cot for the room and enquired about early check in and late checkout - I was advised that this would be an extra cost for the cot but this was not advised on the website and that early and late check in/out were not guaranteed. Arrived late back at night and the room did not have a cot. Staff were not apologetic as to why it had not arrived. |

Apartment was just like the picture!! Very modern, everything we needed including cutlery (and pizza cutter). Comfy bed and sofa - Great place to stay!! It took us just over an hour to find - but once we were there we picked up a few short cuts which only took 10 mins to walk to underground. Better directions would be very useful. |

Location was good, walking distance to lots of places to eat and good sightseeing The impression was that there was building work taking place which may have been to create a new reception area however the apartments were wonderful and we were not disturbed by building work. |

modern and clean Cheaply furnished and electricals from lighting to door access did not function. Electrical back up only available out of hours from "moonlighters" who didn't know the system and couldn't fix the electrics in the two days we were there. A disater area, stay away! |

no me ha gustado nada/ I've do not like anything from this hotel todo/everything. T've chosed it because of the location, and when I've arrived I descovered that I was more than 1 km from london bridge station. The hotel sent me a map whithout the complet streets. Ive reserved an apartment with wi-fi and 2 separates beds and I found no wi.fi, 1 bed 1.35m and water coming from up-floor. I've changed in 3 days 3 apartments and 2 buildings, I lost 1 afternoon/evening and 1 complete morning making changes and discussing at the reception, and only shouting they noticed me. They have no idea how to manage a hotel, facilities are new and they are still working, that supposes noises the hole day. |

Convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed Postcode on internet was wrong - making it hard to find the hotel! When we tried to call for directions the number on the website was wrong. Very distressing as we were also running late and thought we had been conned! If you sort out your contact info then the hotel would be 'excellent' |

Everything goes smooth from reservation to check in. The facilities of the room are what were promised (except WiFi). The room is spacious, the bathroom is nice, the kitchen well-equipped. The check out time is at 10 AM. The WiFI was not there. |

It is a very nice and modern hotel. The rooms/apartments have underfloor heating, washer and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is new and very nice design. It was pity we stayed only 1 night. The only drawback is that it is 10min walk from London Bridge underground station. If you carry luggage the 10 min for us was a difficulty. But there is a bus station 2-3 min walk. |

easy location to city centre and borough market. apartment was spotless and spacious for 2 who designs a wardrobe where you can only open the left hand side and also unable to use the drawers inside? no instructions on use of appliances |

At first I thought I had made a mistake because it felt much farther away from the main tourist area and somewhat quiet area. The following morning I walked 10-15 min back to the tube and relized I was in a vibrant neighborhood. Close to Borogh Market and its surroundings. 10 min walk to the river and tower bridge. Great place to explore. Have a map and get oriented and you'll have a great time. Hotel staff was nice but did not do a good gob communicating places of interest or things to do for a first time visitor. No maps when I arrived. |

Clean rooms and convenienct location for our purpose but awful experience. Emailed directions including an incorrect address which our Sat Nav couldnt find because it didnt exist! Finally found the place and were given a map with our apartment marked on it (about 15mins walk with luggage which we didnt really mind). However, even after double checking...an un-interested member of staff had marked the hotel on the map in the wrong place...causing more confusion and us to walk well out of our way. I had booked one apartment with two rooms (as there were four people and we wanted to stay together....have a meal together in the place, get ready to go out etc etc). We go up to the apartment and there is one bedroom. I explained to the staff that i booked a place with two bedrooms. This second incompetent member of staff couldnt comprehend what I was saying and responded by sitting there saying 'it says it on the system...it says it on the system'. He said I had been given two one bed apartments despite booking differently. He had no interest in helping or apologising or being anything other than useless and infuriating. Because we wanted to stay together...the four of us slept in the one apartment. When the morning came we all wanted showers at the same time so one couple went to the second...un-used apartment and discovered it had two bedrooms after all!!!!!! All this could have been resolved if the staff were more aware of what they were doing&got basic communication skills! |
