Efficient use of space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry in apt, nice view from window, quiet location and building, modern and up to date, good security- felt very safe

Cabinet doors need adjusting in kitchen below counter, no drawers anywhere in apartment , need shelves in bedroom closet with tall skinny doors

very close to a lot of the attractions you would like to visit in London. The apartment was clean and had all facilities for self catering.

Good value for money for a weekend stay.The apartment was clean and tidy and spacious enough. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

We found the magnetic closing of the kitchen cupboards tricky and found the doors had to be shut in sequence! It was the first warm weekend of May and the apartment was too hot. The receptionist explained that the underfloor heating could have been adjusted if we had asked. There is no air conditioning in the apartments

A small thing - it would have been good to have mugs in the kitchen instead of cups.

Stayed in the apartments for 1 night while a group of friends and myself went to see a concert at the O2 arena. The hotel was more than perfect. We stayed in the family room, which had 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 double beds, living area etc. The room was spotless! Could not fault it at all.

Very helpful, friendly reception staff. The apartment was clean and well supplied with equipment. It was very quiet and the view was splendid. The location was good, within easy walking distance of the tube and facilities. I would certainly choose to stay there again during future London visits.

The equipment was over- complicated, including the multi function oven. The shower door stuck the first time it was used and it took a lot of effort to free the occupant. Although we reported this twice, and the job was logged by the receptionist, it was never repaired during our week's stay. The magnetic cupboard doors were also unreliable. These issues were fairly minor compared with the positive points but should have been easily rectified.

The apartment room 209 was exactly what we wanted. (Eventually) It was very spacious and was like 'home from home'.

The member of staff (a black lady who was on reception at the time) on departure (departure date - Monday, 22nd April room 209) was rude and unhelpful when we asked could she book us a Black cab to Euston. Her response was 'she did not know of any'. I found this really unhelpful and was quite a taken back by her attitude.

Nice location, close to London Bridge station and also a couple of shops/restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Apartments high spec and nicely laid out. Plenty of space and lots of extra things in room such has microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, fridge, freezer.

Rooms quite hot and not much control over settings. Road too noisy on a night to leave window open, but a fan was in the room.

We had our own space where we could do what we wanted including cook if we wanted to, the bedroom area was big enough and the storage faclities were good, there was a dishwasher and washing machine and a flat screen tv available for our use in the apartment.

It was far too hot, when we checked in the reception was 24*c and our room was 27*c there is no Air Con so we had to open the sliding door, thank god there was one, we turned all lights off so eventually it cooled down, we contacted reception who told us they had heating but no aircon, I dread to think what it would be like in the summer! Also there were no dish clothes to wipe up our kitchen utensils neither was there any washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, we found out later that the maids do the dishwasher when you leave, we prefer to wash as we go along. The shower was supposed to be a power shower it didn't feel like one and being stuck in the corner I had to get close to the walls to use it.

Good heating, comfortable bed.

The accommodation was very good ,clean and had everything we needed.

There was not a plug near a mirror to aid hair dressing.

It is well decorated and has a number of facilities that would appeal to someone who requires a short stay such as the washing machine and dishwasher.

I originally rented a one bedroom apartment but found from speaking to the reception that all rooms in the London Bridge branch were open plan, which made me consider if I had paid more for a one bedroom apartment but instead received a lower value open plan room. On my second night, I got back to the hotel to find silverfish insects on the floor and headboard of the bed, which questions the cleanliness of the hotel itself.

A tidy apartment with all necessary conveniences. The location is pretty close to the Underground and buses, a Sainsbury's is within walking distance, and there's a very nice coffee/deli shop right across the street.

I would recommend this apartments for the space, comfort and facilities they have and for a very good price. The only think I was not so pleasure was the location. It has underground station in 1km distance but 40 minutes from city center. For families with children and groups is a good choise.

Location isn't actually London Bridge, as the name suggests. Couldn't open the balcony door.

perfect! just what you see in the pictures. Location is great and you can not beat the price. Stayed in the open plan studio and was very impressed.

the room was a bit warm and unable to turn the heat down--could be due to myself not knowing how to work the thermostat correctly.

I liked the fact that they are new appartments and the double ensuite room was spacious and very much ideal for a group of girls getting ready for a night out.

The outside entrance could be more grand - but definitely not a deal breaker

Property was stolen and only recieved 2 of the articles back after being told there was nothing left in our apartment....would never recommend this chain poor staff and poor customer service

Very nice, well equiped apartments and a good location - 10 minutes walk from London Bridge station

We arrived just after check-in time at 15:00. We were told our apartment may not be ready. The receptionist phoned housekeeping and we heard her being told that the room would not be ready for two hours. The receptionist told us it would be about an hour. It took 15 minutes of arguing before they moved us to an identical apartment on the floor above that was ready. Everything in the apartment seemed over complicated to use. Someone had to come up and show us how to use the television and commented that this happens regularly. The cooker beeped every three minutes all night and we never worked out how to stop it.

Modern, bright stylish apartments, staff were helpful and there are car parking arrangements as a reasonable cost

The lift takes ages when its busy.

The staff were fantastic going out of their way to be helpful. I have no hesitatioon in stopping there again.

The Apartment had everything you needed to cook and live in comfort. The staff was great and close to stores to buy groceries to cook in apt.

We werden warm onthaald en kregen een goede uitleg aan de receptie. De kamer was meer dan we verwacht hadden, alles heel proper en comfortabel. Als we nog eens aan de kanten van Londen Tate Modern moeten zijn nemen we terug dit hotel. Tate Modern was op een kwartiertje stappen van het hotel en de metro een kleine tien minuten stappen.
