It seemed that you had stuck me and my husband in what seemed like a single room, as the room was so small, there was only one towel, and tea and coffee for one!! The bathroom was so grubby. It was such a shame as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I would not have paid £20 for this room. |

Reception staff were polite and helpful, entrance decor and style belies the run down nature of the rest of the hotel though. I paid £109 for room only, which is not bad for a weekday night in that area of London, however this hotel would never be my first choice in the area because of the poor quality of the rooms. The poor quality of the rooms, the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. |

Winter Warmer deal gave us excellent discount & complimentary bottle of wine!Upgrade to large 3 bed room; good fresh bedding; quiet room; helpful,cheerful staff; reasonable cost parking nearby; excellent restaurant with friendly efficient staff. Slightly shabby corridors and room, both in need of freshening up (in contrast to smart restaurant & reception). Greeted in room by odd tangy smell in bedroom & bathroom (due to bad choice of air freshener?) tho' got used to it quickly. |

Very close to covent garden and the city centre The room did not have double glazing and it was on a busy street where the noise often woke us up. We arrived back at the hotel at 1230 am from a night out, there were lots of people in the bar but the staff said it was shut and we could not get a drink. |

Central location. Comfy beds The bathroom was a littl edingy - but the hotel is in the middle of refurbishment, so this will presumably change. |

Staff were polite and helpful. We were upgraded free of charge as there were no double rooms left. The bathroom, although clean, badly needed refurbished; the washbasin tap was barely attached to the basin. |

Excellent value for money - friendly and helpful staff - good breakfast - good location. Room shabby and in need of an update, but given the price of our weekend break I cannot complain. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Lots of hot water. |

only the duty manager and then manger next day knowing that they had to act swiftly to fix their mistakes! not as described, should inform about on-going building work, room not like picture, not having double-room booked and had phoned to check available. |

Location Room was hot +++ Had to move rooms in the early hours of the morning, as too hot to sleep in. Radiator could not be turned off. Electrics hanging out of the wall and dangerous. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I paid GBP 111 for a double room per night with no breakfast. I've stayed at better, cleaner, more up to date hotels at half the price and breakfast was included. The bathrooms definitely need updating, the air conditioning system is ages old and even internet isn't free. I'd heard a lot about the Thistle group, and this turned out to be very disappointing. |

Lokalita, ochotní personal. Dobrá cena v pomere k službám. Nepáčil sa nám malý výber jedla večer, boli len tri možnosti. Bonus však bol nápoj napr. veľmi kvalitné víno. Ale my sme boli spokojní.Strava bola chutná, dobre pripravená. Raňajky boli bufet a vynikájúce.Izby by potrebovali rekonštrukciu. |
