The rooms are really clean and modern and we loved all the Molton Brown bathroom accessories. We would definitely stay here again. |

Ticks most boxes including parking at front of hotel Soundproofing not so good in lower bedrooms. Surprising in such a new conversion. Second time I've stayed and still no ice and lemon! |

Location which allowed us to travel around in a 50 mile radius; visit sites; shop in Edenburgh; near buses and had a car park (essential!); good breakfast; comfy bed; high quality and well trained staff; good wine list and scotch selection. |

The staff were helpful, a clean room and plenty of choice at Breakfast. The room was below ground level, therefore dark and because it was underneath the dining area/bar, footfall could be heard until 12am and recommenced at 6.30am. |

The staff in the hotel was really nice, kind and friendly. Good and tasty food for breakfast. Room was clean. Good location...15 minutes walk to the center. No noise from the street, good beds. Noise because of a door lock system (next rooms). Bad wall isolation. |

The comfort of the rooms and the well cooked breakfast was a good start to our day in edinburgh At evening when we came back there was a lack or no staff available you would have to go to thier sister hotel to get them. |

The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff were always very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. The room always looked good after the staff had been in in the morning. Brilliant bus service stopping right outside the door and a choice of several buses in both directions.. |

Nice decor, comfortable rooms and reception areas. Staff very friendly and helpful Second morning we arrived for breakfast, no table available. Only had to wait about 5 - 10 mins but could have been difficult if we had an appointment |

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well-serviced. The hotel was a little too far away from Festival venues when walking ... but the exercise did us good (and the bus stop was just outside the hotel had we chosen to use it)! |

Hotel very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location 10 - 15 mins walk to City but regular buses run & stop just outside hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend. We fortunately had warm weather for our trip to Edinburgh so air con in the room would have made the stay more pleasant. |
