The hotel is beautiful! The staff went above expectations in service and frendliness. The breakfast was great as was the dinners held at the sister hotel across the street! This family run buisness is top notch and I will be staying here again! Das hotel es wunderbar mit freundlich angebot und shoenen gastronomie! Ich comst auch!

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel and the breakfast was fantastic. We didnt experience any problems with parking as others have.

Hotel location is good as public transport to city centre and airport is just outside the hotel door.

We thought the hotel was excellent and would stay there again. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. For those of us who like an alternative to the 'full English' there was plenty of choice - fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, etc

really nice and modern hotel with lovely rooms and molton and brown products in the bathroom :o)

Great location to the train station and the city center.

The hotel was spotless and the staff excellent. Nearby restaurant was good and bus right outside the door to the city.

The friedndliness and courtesy of the staff and the breakfasts were lovely.

When the window in the bedroom was opened the cigarette smoke from the back door came into the room.

The hotel was amazing inside and staff were all exceptionally nice, however for the price we paid to stay in the Dunstane our room was very small and very very warm,there was not any kind of drinking facility apart from the hotel across the road.

The hotel was lovey and modern. There are two of these hotels across from each other. The room we had was a bit small but it was enough for two people. The room and bathroom was very modern and clean. The staff were really friendly.

There are only a few spaces available for parking and you may need to park across the street at the other hotel.
